Have to Explain We Light Years Ahead of Them

Let’s clarify something in this article – I’m not stagnant or struggling in our progress - I’m moving in silence. When you have realized advantages and gains and progress and things coming together, you just stay moving low towards the final destination. See, I noticed throughout my life, people find out you making moves then weird folks start showing up and weird stuff be happening to throw you off. Nah, nobody knows me, nobody ain’t got nothing to say to me except Dream and Hustle Early Adopters, no new friends.

I’m pretty excited and my team is excited about what we doing. Be laughing at these other folks quick to run their mouth prematurely when we already zero-gamed and ended their stuff. They won’t compete against Toshikiso scale, pricing, and global reach.  In this article, I want to discuss how I had to adjust at this stage as a global-empire building Black ADOS entrepreneur. Most people at this juncture don’t talk about this stage and I want to cover some key points so you can know how to handle yours when you get to this level.

I’m taking time out to show what I had to do to prepare for a global launch and transition my company and the entire landscape around me. The key thing is I had to seize control of my journey and own my narrative and get in front of the mission. Let me explain some aspects of the launch of my firm and where we are at.

Quietly Transition Customer Demographic

Early on, I have discovered those who were following me were these bum brothas who following folks like Po Light, Tariq Nasheed, Umar Johnson, Boyce Watkins or Claude Anderson basic old behind. Bum brothas be keyboard typing in these discussion groups and talking like they got the whole game figured out while I’m buying diapers for the kids these bum brothas abandoned and I’m also making love to his baby momma in the hood after she fix me a plate for dinner. No other man bought my son diapers and Similac, remember that difference between me and them.

These garbage folks following charlatans on social media instead of being real men in the Black community are not my potential customers and not even economically or technically skilled to be a customer of mine. It pissed me off they were even around, sitting here following some clown stuff then acting like they can associate a real global tech brotha like me to that nonsense they engaged in. I had to get rid of this bummy worthless demographic out of my entire journey.

What I quietly did was reposition my story and my value proposition in other markets, other channels to attract qualified customers who going to have the money and the skillsets to consume the value I’m creating. As a result, I got a more globally diverse audience around the world with a strong transformation of upper middle-class potential customers and working class who want to transition into tech – Americans, Asians, Europeans, Africans, Latinos, Canadians all making up the new customer base.

I quietly avoided any reference to bum brothas who be on the Coli talking a whole bunch of worthless nothing every day like a bum dude sitting on a milk crate in an abandoned lot in the hood. All of the fake judging Black folks I also quietly navigated around and got a new paradigm of Black people who are either working class trying to get into tech or overseas non-ADOS Blacks who looking to apply patterns and practices in their respective communities.

This is very important for Black entrepreneurs – you always going to get that fringed groups, Boule clowns who want to throttle you so they can own the Black narrative try to show up around you and start talking like they matter in the broad global empire. The reality is these Black Americans talking and judging don’t got the numbers to leverage – you can replace the whole Black community with a South Asian customer base like Apple Bottom Jeans have done and be more profitable. Apple Bottom Jeans, Kangol, MCM, and Fila are profitable thriving lines in Asia – even Karl Kani is thriving in Asia.

Don’t allow Black people and that garbage Black Enterprise magazine to try to narrate how you as a brotha or sista move around this world with your global empire. You are light years ahead of the dogma - you focus on discovering your customers and create a relationship with your customers around the world and scale all the way up while you are in Doha and Dubai having coffee and these bums are still on their keyboards typing up broke conversations.

Platform with Global Scale

When I first architect our solution, the first component was globalization and localization as the core of my solution. I already knew my solution is a global worldwide solution. I already knew what the money looks like with old money European customers, new money Asian customers, sick money Middle East customers look like. We were not going to focus on the Black community that only takes notice if I was to show off in an expensive car and flash some cash – I’m not entertaining some broke shallow clowns in the Black community who don’t know what global empires even look like.

The key architecture is to focus on time which goes back to our Banneker engine – all recorded time on all data entry is recorded as Greenwich Mean Time or GMT. Then we use the proper time zone offset based on the customer location around the world to adjust the time to their current region. Then other localization efforts such as left-to-right or right-to-left orientation, language translation, and the date and monetary formats.

The second architecture is establishing physical nodes and redundancy around the world. We need data centers and cloud services to host node instances around big markets. The key thing is using containers and orchestration and we can even use cheap hosting to do low-level processing via microservices hosted as websites. This is really the most amazing part where most of the global processing will be done on cheap websites that even if they fail, we have another hosting plan hosting these microservices that we keep independent and secure.

The last piece of architecture is people and payments. We have been recruiting around the world to support key components. The strategy is to build out microservice support teams to focus on specialized domains by managing microservices – this is the playbook for advanced global firms and startups to grow rapidly as an international firm. When it comes to payments, we working with local payment processors in key markets around the world and expanding our options to also accept cryptocurrency and other digital assets which Michibook already was build and designed for.

One thing we have to continue on is language support for customers and like other firms, we will rely on third parties to help translation and act as an agent for us to provide support on our behalf and receive a cut of the support profit.

The Paradigm Shift in the Tech Landscape

One thing I have not revealed is the screens. I talk about the API level, the server level but I have not discussed the screens and that’s our biggest secret and surprise. Let me warn you guys – once you see the futuristic screens and virtual worlds we build up and other interfaces and touchpoints, that’s when you going how many parsecs we are ahead of these other characters in the game.

We are leveraging open worlds as you see in open-world games and we are able to promote advertising and spaces just like open-world video games have done. Expect to see in virtual reality a lot of alternative universes, futuristic city centers, and spaces where people can engage.

Mobile-first solutions where you can interact with touchpoints and spaces with your mobile phone that allows you to check-in, check-out, sign-up, and pay for solutions such as memberships, coupons, transferring data and assets, and facilitation of digital services.

Digital identity is core to our Kossier platform that will allow you to navigate without having to reveal your identity but you know your identity. There will be instances where your Kossier identicon will be displayed on reservation tables once you check-in at a restaurant or bar or sporting event.

Other interactions such as chatbots that will have virtual characters but can operate as mechanical Turks, meaning you may be chatting with a real person or an AI or a combination of both – this practice is already used in many industries but they don’t tell you that. Yes, you heard right, an AI can override the response of a human agent on a chat call and carry out the rest of the conversation.

Pursuing Real Empire Building

One thing that is likely frustrating, especially among the clowns in the Black community is my pockets and my team's pockets. We are very well funded from our own money and we got money but the problem is only dumb folks think money is a measure in this tech industry. That’s Blavity who talks about money all the time but their business model and growth roadmap is a laughable joke.

You need skills and innovation to be able to obsolete and paradigm shift the game each year and every year. Microsoft and Apple don’t focus on making money – they have to create new technology, more advanced technology, new features every year for their products and software. The iPhone has to represent a paradigm shift when they announce almost every year. That’s what you do in this game – you don’t blab on about money and pockets like Blavity and jokers in the Black community like to talk when it comes to business. You have to focus on paradigm shifts and innovation in the tech game to last.

We are going to focus on a new form of the data center we called cyber centers that are designed to host API-connected services using Toshikiso instead of the regular data center model where anybody plug in their servers creating unpredictably in data center costs. We are going to work with establishing financing and fundraising of these data centers with investors and working out the fine details of these proposals. I can tell you now – not going to do business with dumb investors who give money to Jay Morrison or Umar Johnson – I need smarter investors than that will my move.

I’m doing real empire-building with clown folks who don’t even know how to research, how to scrutinize and be in a comment section talking up some Dr Umar Johnson school that he struggles to even get going or even paradigm shift to get something tangible. You don’t need a physical school to start a school – the curriculum can generate its own revenue to build the physical school later, like the University of Phoenix was able to grow into satellite campuses.

Light Years and Parsecs

One more thing before I go, we are going to be using the model of this Dream and Hustle to build new vertical and horizontal markets for content and podcasts and video streaming. We will be able to pay contributors for their content perpetually for their works. So this will be another paradigm iteration of Dream and Hustle into this new decade and with a lot of spinoffs as well.

What I explain in this article is how I made pre-launch strategic moves to own the narrative and relationship with my customers and asset commitment to our growth roadmap. I got rid of the roachy bum brothas who thought all of this was theories and just talk. None of this was talk and when brothas start finding out how real the empire-building was, they disappeared.

I’m moving to get rid of any bum clowns that think following charlatans on YouTube was a good decision in their life. I moved to get those Black circles and Black Boule clowns evicted out of the journey of my Black-owned growth and trajectory. I’m instead focusing on building out my true global customer base. Black entrepreneurs tend to attract these Blackity-Black clowns who try to establish some dogma and limits on how we should launch our businesses and they got opinions about how we handle ours. I focused on building up a real demographic of customers who will pay me the money that is needed for our empire to create and deliver value.

I have established this business with a global mindset, not a Black-owned mindset. Our business model is designed to reach any spot in the world with localization and operations for that specific area. In addition, we are working with people around the world who can speak English and cutting deals to help provide local support in their regions and facilitate payments in their regions as well. We will accept crypto for our digital services as a form of payment. Notice that I’m not even mentioning groveling the Black community for any support – we all witness how the Black community treat real go-getters trying to get theirs and I’m not even going to entertain any of that nonsense. I already replaced that with wealthier and more supportive demographics from other parts of this world.

We are using distributed technology and the latest technology stack to drive our business operations efficiently. We are also future-facing and innovative in what we are doing and always doing research and development, we don’t got the bandwidth to talk about money numbers that basic people like to read and try to measure and judge others. Our customers are the rich ones, we just provide value to them in exchange – that’s how it works, not someone bragging they got millions in VC funding to sell razor blade subscriptions to Black men serving in the military, man that Tristan Walker was lame as a bad joke.

What I’m explaining is a level some of you have not been briefed on and that is when you decide you really want to go for yours and go big. You got to toss out the small minds and small moves and focus on the big stuff and pull out your big pants and go all in and go big. You cannot build a global empire selling to businesses in Doha while associating with clowns who are on the Coli talking about Dr. Umar is deep. You are light years ahead of that kind of nonsense and have to navigate at new levels. You got to move at the level you are chasing and focus on getting to higher levels and keep innovating and improving.

Playtime is over at this level and stage of really launching your business. You have to be razor sharp on being serious and being strategic on making the world is yours as you go for yours.
