Now that I’m on the ground in Tokyo, the wider Afroasiatic movement is officially underway. The very first phase of this journey is all about laying down the blueprints and crafting a solid roadmap. Ultimately, our goal is to make the path toward Akiba rising as smooth, efficient, and successful as humanly possible.

White Papers on Google Docs
To kick things off, we’ll be releasing downloadable Google Docs written in both English and Japanese. The Japanese translations are crucial because our local allies in Japan are going to play a key role in helping us with the initial setup. Throughout Asia, I’ve seen genuine, heartfelt effort to support us whenever we strive to build something positive and uplifting.
White papers are fantastic because they give everyone a clear understanding of the purpose, the reasoning, and the exact path forward. These initial documents will focus heavily on the Afroasiatic movement, the Akibas, and our overarching strategic vision.
Akiba Spaces and Places
Right now, we are actively searching for a physical space in Tokyo to establish a global base station for the Akiba movement. Imagine a vibrant hub that functions as a co-working spot, a creative studio, and a social gathering space where Akibas from all over the world can drop in, hang out, or collaborate.
When it comes to picking a location, jumping straight into high-end districts like Harajuku or Akihabara isn't practical yet—real estate there is ultra-expensive, and we aren't quite ready for that scale. A much smarter strategy is to target an outlying area close to a train station where real estate is far more affordable. Alternatively, we could explore a fractional model or sublease space within an existing social chamber.
Ideally, I’d love to secure a spot somewhere between Shibuya and Machida, or possibly in the Yokohama area. But here’s the key piece: our community of Akibas will need to crowdfund this space together. If we can't come together to successfully crowdfund our own place, then it shows a lack of serious commitment, and I won't waste further time or resources pushing it forward.
Toshikiso Token Credits for Akibas
Another exciting plan under consideration is allocating special Michi tokens to help build economic infrastructure, self-sustaining ecosystems, and reliable revenue models. At its heart, the Afroasiatic movement is all about living as digital nomads and achieving true self-sufficiency.
To make this lifestyle work, we have to generate steady income while traveling the world, backed by a proper ecosystem and practical skills that create real value and demand. Many other platforms run similar incentive initiatives, and I’ll be exploring those best practices so Akibas can claim free tokens, start learning, and put these tools into practice right away.
Self-Ecosystem and Character Merchandising
One fascinating trend manifest across Tokyo right now is "Character Merchandising," which aligns perfectly with building a personal self-ecosystem. This concept revolves around creating original characters inspired by your unique brand and marketing them to a hungry global economy. With the character merchandising industry valued at over $300 billion, Akibas are in a prime position to carve out a fresh, exciting segment of this market.
