Our 2022 Roadmap - Moving Global, Fast and at Scale

It have been a lot of years and long nights on this journey. But here we are in 2022 ready to move and in this article, I want to talk about our roadmap. Overall, as indicated before, we worked in stealth and now it’s just the moment to come bursting out the gate and go for it. Everything was designed to grow fast, scale fast and we are looking at moving a reverse merger SPAC move or other options.

I’m just going to say something really quick. You have to be true to yourself and trust only you and God in your life journey.  I watched too many folks, especially Black folks sell themselves short because they put their faith in other people and other institutions like chasing money and White Privileged structures like Silicon Valley and Wall Street to get recognition and acknowledgment. Yes, I’m talking about those cornballs at Harlem Capital and Blavity but they were not the first clowns to pursue that kind of path in the game, isn’t that right Angela Benton?

Anybody African-American should have known since 1990 the only way we get somewhere is we have to do it our way, we have to be in charge and call shots on our own shit and work with true allies – not running around groveling seeking acknowledgment and acceptance from people who don’t care about Black people or give us the respect and dignity we deserve. I will be calling these people out as you see us rise up fast and scale-out wide. I find it funny they are still stuck on that same square still bragging someone in Silicon Valley like them and haven’t advanced while I help build this 100% self-owned empire up on used equipment, I got from the pawnshop.

What I did over here as a brotha at full agency was I was able to move around the world and create partners, understand out to build marketplaces, hubs globally. I answered to no one but my own global empire convictions. I didn’t want to mess with anybody over there trying to downplay the big picture moves, trying to add their comments but not coding shit or just in the way of progress – I cut all of them out and that included my own family members. I found it funny cats keyboard typing over the Internet think they can just get good with me while I’m in real life cutting off BS family members, BS fraternity members, BS childhood friends, BS colleagues, and BS women that I was dating and intimate with. Anybody who got in the way of my big picture had to be taken out of the picture, you be surprised how the road to success clears up after you cut loose ends.

With that said, let me give one more mention of our roadmap in 2022 and how we going to get there when we get there.

Deploy the Gateways

This is something you didn’t hear about among all these cats talking up their hustle. We set up hubs and gateways around the world divided into regions. Our first effort in any startup, if you a real startup is to have a global presence and engineer this part first. This involves localization to accommodate local date, time, currency formatting as well as complying with local regulations as well as setting up business structures properly.

This is an important step because this allows you to know what markets are feasible to launch and which markets you can defer later once you in a good position. You don’t just get on the Internet and say we are worldwide with one or two Japanese customers every month. So remember that we have two gateways, we have an API Gateway and a Payment Gateway.

The Payment Gateway is the first to be set up all over and thankfully, the payment providers already have good boarding processes around the world to accept payments in local markets. In addition to local markets, we can accept cryptocurrency as well in markets that recognize them as payments. I’m not big on crypto having fluctuating prices on our accounting books but I will have this discussion in a future article.

The API Gateway is basically edge computing. We distribute copies of our API near our customers in regions around the world. It should also be noted that APIs in UK and EU may be different than APIs in North America with customized features due to laws and regulations. In some places, for example, we will not use SMS but use email so again, this is part of why globalization and localization had to be designed from the very beginning.

When I want to expand globally, we are already set up with the gateways – all we have to do is turn them on with a switch. You cannot just turn on a switch, we cannot just have someone in Croatia speaking Croatian ask us about our API – we need to have resources on hand that can operate as customer representatives in these regions around the world and once all of this is set up, then we can switch on. This is smart, planned global growth.

Release the SDK

This is the funny part – you know there were Black gatekeepers and other folks who thought they were going to try to hold us back or suppress us or throttle us. Withhold praise and all that stuff. This is how a lot of Black people in our business world operate, especially against each other and sistas are notorious for undermining other sistas as well. Garbage publications like Black Enterprise, now reduced to posting non-business clickbait articles to stay relevant. Well, I guess when you go global, kinda shut down all that Black HNIC and gatekeeper nonsense real quick.

In the technology industry, our customers are programmers and integrators – these are smart folks with money who want an easier solution and implementation. We already knew who our customers were, they were not broke brothas talking on the Coli; our customers are smart, young, and rich entrepreneurs in Singapore and Taiwan, and South Korea. Old money in Europe customer base as well and emerging Latin American enterprises. We meet these types of customers on the platforms they use.

Our SDK will be distributed through these channels directly for developers around the world to download and use immediately to create a proof of concepts and demos for their operations to adopt and accept. They will be selling themselves on our platform by seeing if it meets their needs. Our customers make the determination if they will save money using our platform versus building it themselves. Our customers make the determination if there is value in what we provide to them as a tool for their own solutions they trying to implement.

We don’t need writeups in Black magazines or don’t need one social media like/favorite from folks out there. All we need is our global, well-to-do, intelligent customer base to download, try and buy and it’s a wrap.

I want to state the obvious that folks faking it forgot to consider – the real history of technology. Bill Gates MS-DOS was an SDK for IBM to make it easier to write command-line code. Did you know Bill Gates became an instant billionaire the day IBM released MS-DOS? Andy Rubin who built Android OS which was an SDK that used the Java language to create a layered OS system for mobile phones was purchased by Google for a billion dollars before it was actually mature enough for release. I can go on and on but I think you see the trajectory with our SDK and where we are headed. Just remember how some people acted like they were special but doing lightweight stuff and groveling hard – always go big and global from day one of whatever dream you pursuing.

Selling the Solution

The SDK sells itself as a tool that makes it easier to program using a ready-made toolkit for our customers. But we will be selling the real solutions and benefits. We will be doing this through storytelling and real-world scenarios that reflect the shift towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

We can talk about how to create co-op business models using the blockchain and event sourcing components of our solution – allowing professionals to get together and launch businesses under trustless rules versus the old way of partnership organizations would be crippled if one professional starts to slack off or start acting nutty.

We can showcase on HustleSpace which will cover business models and have a feature to generate a business model using our platform – we will have pre-generated scripts to create things like a digital-first barbershop, a digital-first mobile pet grooming business, a digital-first blockchain-based marketplace, and exchange, a digital-first concert event or museum gallery showcase – yeah, you heard right, they can just press a button and we have automatic scripts that create these pre-built business models to serve a community or create instant entrepreneurship opportunities, that’s the value we offering.

We also have a billing model where someone can sign up and just be billed an invoice, we cut them off if they cannot pay and they lose out on a great product. But the bigger thing is our machine learning behind the scenes looking at how to optimize a person's business to be better based on trends – we offer this as insights to help entrepreneurs because if they do great, we do great.

As I said, we don’t have to sell much as the solution already sells itself to the customer. It is the customer who is looking for a solution and we created platforms to help them.

Move Towards SPAC

I have already begun preparations to go down the path of a SPAC reverse merger. This is where we work with SPACs to acquire us in order for us to go public. I do not work with VCs or let’s just be honest – some rich White guy ego in terms of who he wants to fund or not fund with his money – I don’t play those kinds of games. I want a better instructional solution and SPAC is the best option for me as well as crowdfunding.

We are preparing our metrics, our investment prospect, and identifying key talent in the marketplace. We know our platform is compelling to investors worldwide and we will focus on revenue and profitability and our growth and scale to leverage as assets worthy of SPAC investors to pay attention.

This is the Roadmap

Overall you see there is a proper roadmap we set up in 2022 that took years in the making. Right now, it is nothing but to do it. We are going to move global and move fast and at scale. We are going to focus on delivering real solutions our customers will accept as value. We are going to build stakeholders through the SPAC journey and this is already a work in progress.

Notice there is no goal of being the “first Black” which is some cornball stuff in 2022 to be talking about. No, Black entrepreneurs need to seize global market share and work with people from all over becoming their own “first” in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Notice I have zero need to pander, seek acknowledgment from the Black community as I expanded my customer base to offset the attitudes and pre-judgment, and negative energy I experienced on this journey with my own people. Notice the Boule cannot do a damn thing to stop me and cannot create narratives and blockers to a global-empire chasing brotha from the hood.

End of the day, either you are able to go big, dream big, do big and execute big or you can go sit down and STFU up in this space. All this groveling, selling out, butt-kissing stuff by those Blavity AfroTech and the African/Caribbean PMC community is not how you move. You got to walk on your own conviction and put your faith in God that you will arrive at your purpose and destiny. It’s too many bullshitters out here, all lost, all confused, and sitting on the sidelines talking stuff. It is not hard to go out in this world and look around and learn and come back to your place and see what you need to do to get where you want to go.

Just remember – they were over there running their mouth, bragging about getting a write-up or bragging about getting VC funding. All I did was go to the pawnshop in Atlanta and buy equipment to code against and build servers, worked with professionals all around the world, visit places all around the world, and come back home and build that shit. Look at me and look at them, thought so.
