Create Prompt.  In my example, I’m using the following prompt “an African American woman with curly hair and headphones performing as a DJ” – but then I customize with text describing the background scene, such as inside a store, an empty warehouse, on a beach.

Generate Video from Image Prompt. You take the image generated and then create a text to video prompt and I use statements such as “turning knobs”, “looking down”, “waving at viewer” and so on.

Here is the smart production you have to do – create 25-45 video of different angles and body movements and at least 12 background scenes to create a diverse show set.

For the music, here is the trick – you want to do STEM separation. Create a track in ElevenLabs or music from the other royalty free libraries, then use the STEM separation to isolate the drums, synths, vocals to strip down and mix new tracks on the same BPM and create new versions of mixed-up tracks.

If you look at the video, you will notice that they transition every 5 seconds. This is because most AI video generators do 5-10 seconds of video. This is why it is recommended you create a bunch of scenes. Also, some scenes should be like an aerial shot of mountains or oceans or an overhead shot of a crowd and people dancing at the scene.

I do want to make one important point, and I mentioned this same thing on the music artist – the fantasy character angle. For the DJ, it may be okay to do minimal things such as create a Marshmello type that has a mascot head or a Daft Punk DJ helmet, but keep it human so it can be marketable and relate to humans, especially when it comes to sponsorships.

Now that you know how to create a collection of videos on different scenes and also create additional video sweeps of that scene using GenAI, let’s talk on how to launch.

Launching on Platforms

Just on those photos and videos, you have a lot of options at this point. You can now stream video and audio shows on YouTube, Twitch, Spotify, TikTok, and more. If you go with the original music route, you don’t have to worry about copyright strikes and demonetization. You can have your DJ avatar perform on Roblox as well.

Use the original photo to be the thumbnail photo. You can also create shorter promo videos of the mixes and DJ sets as well. This is how you can spread awareness and promote your DJ avatar in the same manner a real DJ must get their name out.
