How AI Assisted in Designing a Hyperscaling Platform for Empire Chasers

I was doing a technical review and assessment of Kossier and Toshikiso Hub offerings with AI platforms to read our plan and other documents and make suggestions. Today, we no longer need to hire consultants when we have AI.

AI replaces consultants and coaches once you leverage the self-ecosystem method of understanding who you are and want you want and leverage AI knowledge of patterns and practices and insights to help you expand on your plans.

My goal is to leverage AI to hyperscale both Kossier and the Toshikiso Hub so they can work together and quickly grow in each community we establish them in. Our plans were complete by me, but I wanted to walk through with AI to have a hyperscale capability that is best-in-practice and efficient with cost and low effort, like asking a sista out on a coffee date.

Enterprise Platforms

We are going to offer VPS servers for our clients to host an instance of Toshikiso. The platform can be both a digital city solution or an enterprise infrastructure solution. One thing I was aiming to do was generate an Ansible/Chef script to build components, something I worked on in Japan to start building out the server configuration.

But AI recommended I use an AI agent to build out the components instead. I have created my own LLM with parameters on the software and hardware capabilities and our API endpoints and the AI agent can think about what components we have and start building out the VPS, download the necessary software, and if I don’t have it available, the agent can install and write code and notify me to add this software to the toolbox for future use.

I don’t need to write build scripts anymore. The agent already know how to look at the person business model, determine they need SMS text services for a queuing feature to enter their resale shop and setup the SMS provider code with a placeholder for the API and create a document on how to signup and get the API keys to enable, that’s how power it is.

Kossier Features

With Kossier, the AI was recommending I focus on global standards while complimenting Kossier on being a differentiator and capable of hyperscaling with Toshikiso Hubs. The AI have made several recommendations.

Global ID Solution. A problem I had overseas was trying to access an account and they display 2FA sending me a SMS text when I’m overseas. Using Google ID or Apple ID or Facebook is a better solution to verify a person no matter where they travel. We will be using e-mail recovery for our in-house accounts.

Positive Social Credit. AI recommended I create an emphasis on civic duty and participation. There are volunteer efforts, attending adult learning, supporting local businesses - tthese systems allow us to give bonus social credit points on a check-in event.

Navigation/Maps. I didn’t have directional maps and wayfinding in Kossier but the AI pointed out it is important for recommending new business and telling them how to get there. This is being incorporated into Kossier as we speak.

Customer Support Rules. We didn’t have customer support that can help provide support to local businesses. Most local businesses do not have any level of customer care and support and are just there to stock and sell. The Unity rules engine now has events for every part of the journey to help customers enter the store, find a salesperson automatically, and follow up with feedback. Be mindful that AI can tell what type of business to write the rules specific for that type of business.

Toshikiso Hub Features

For the hub, it got more interesting. The first goal is to make sure Kossier can navigate users to the near hub with directional maps. This is where a Kossier account has to physically register there with a check-in token. If they are not near the hub, they do not need to be someone overseas trying to run a scam in America.

This is very important - we want relevant customers using our hubs, not randoms from some other country and you see how that messes up the local vibe on other media outlets and platforms.

The second is localization but to the Kossier user. This means that if someone speaking Mandarin shows up in America - everything is presented in Mandarin to them and auto-translation is provided to the business and other establishments so they can do business.

One thing that was not brought up was the use of advertising and will have AI review MochaStar Advertising and see how it can be improved.

Empire Business Scaling

We know one of our biggest revenue generators is to help business help themselves on their empire building journey. With AI, I looked at several line-of-business support companies and adopted solutions for Kossier and Toshikiso to help entrepreneurs launch and expand quickly in a hyperscale fashion.

Kossier Enterprise. This allows Kossier to have role-based security where a user can become an employee or temp worker and given a role to perform tasks for hire. If someone need people to pack boxes, the AI agent will handle all the backend hiring documentation and authorize their Kossier account role for temp workers to pack boxes. We do not do payroll or distribution, just help the business get temp work or manage full-time workers.

Toshikiso Enterprise. As indicated before, we have business models setup where we can have AI use our MCP to think how to create a hair salon, dog grooming studio, gym club and more and just create everything off our platform. But we have a smaller lite version of Toshikiso CLI and VPS-based that can run the internal workings of a small business.

Decentralized Transactions. Similar to De-Fi or decentralized financing and already practiced by some franchise business models I’ve seen. In this model, if you are an authorized retailer, you have to call HQ and the person at HQ needs you to authenticate a token for authorization to carry out a fulfillment task such as a sale completion or removal of inventory. This is a hyperscale because AI agents can handle these requests, making it easier to scale out in a hub and spoke fashion.

I want to talk more about the DeTx or decentralized transactions. If you are selling resale items that are expensive and currently at a local branch. You can have the salesperson create a removal ticket where they enter their private key to sign off to receive the item, enter the token they receive from Central HQ to authorize the sale to the customer and the customer can authenticate their Kossier token and Michi credits are transferred.

Notice in the scenario I described, the entire backroom process of a sales cycle is all embedded. The Unity engine will respond with a customer enter the store, help queue the store if too many people are browsing the store, assign sales people to customers to clientele, know their credit score and if they are a previous customer to customize the sales experience.

You know what the big takeaway from this article? The first is obvious - the founding members don’t have to pay for any of this. The second is the ability to hyperscale because we are doing most of the heavy lifting and AI agents can train to build the business from scratch (Ben Banneker) and optimize the business operation (Tina Holmes) while the entrepreneur focuses on relationships with customers and the community.

But the biggest takeaway is not you or I need some smarty pants consultant to advise you on starting a business because AI and us already have the plan and procedures to make it happen and hyperscale out the business to our hub locations we are establishing around the world.
