Ben Banneker and the TMS Construct

AI has accelerated the architect and boosted the builders. We are announcing major milestones and shifts starting July 2026. Overall, I’m launching the global enterprise as founder and President and it is my duty and responsibility to establish productive and progressive value streams and growth for stakeholders, including myself. 

The last two months were building the official rollout and verifying feasibility, scalability, and security of our systems and platforms. In addition to the company, there are also cultural initiatives such as the Afroasiatic movement that is manifesting. 

Ben Banneker is our asymmetric AI agent and our AI supercomputer who has been helping me build while I helped train and refine Ben to our systems. What Ben has done is start performing the tedious tasks enabling me to focus on executive duties and high level strategic direction. 

In this article I will discuss our current position and outlook. I will state early on and again in this article - we will be transitioning from followers to customers. That means the lurkers and folks who are not serious will either drop off as we focus on our global customers and multiple value streams. 

The Infrastructure and Rails

The structure has been established for global reach and hyperscale. The new Kossier will roll out soon and this is our lifestyle app that connects users to both digital and physical spaces. Kossier drives most of the everyday monetization and settlement activity between customers and trading companies to do business. 

The Toshikiso Hub will be established with our maiden hub that is currently the virtual Atlanta hub but will be changed to a different name as a physical Atlanta Hub is being considered. The physical hubs will be a partnership with commercial real estate owners where we provide the digital assets and space to power physical spaces. 

I’m really excited about the hub because I love Tokyo for this reason alone that inspired this business model. Every train stop on the JR Yamanote Line is a hub location and it’s something almost everybody missed completely on how to perfect urban economics and local fiscalism. We goofed it up in America focused on Times Square in New York when Japan made hundreds of Times Squares. 

Our business lines are being managed by AI agents that will be advising me no different than the President of that line of business. The media division is MochaStar that handles the talent agency, the advertising, and streaming platforms. The finance division handling our fintech solutions, our market exchange DBEXX, and our data science division as any data we collect is tied to our value stream objectives. The commerce division focus on digital and physical business models that are supported by our Toshikiso platform. 

Then we have our enterprise division that will offer solutions for both entrepreneurs and larger business customers with virtual private servers (VPS) or OpenClaw implementations and cloud and digital transmission and digital asset solutions. 

Dogfooding the Toshikiso Platform

Dogfooding is when a company or entrepreneur uses their own product to demonstrate success. It’s when a fitness trainer uses their own equipment to show the physical results of what their product offers. Or a software company that uses its own software to run their business. 

One benefit for me is I can use my own Toshikiso platform to build out business models to side hustle. I can create my own e-books, establish my own chillhop cafe, create my own marketplace, run my own streaming company to generate money for me personally. 

What dogfooding does is have me focus on getting money using my products, and also experiencing my product in the real world with real money and customers to know my product inside and out. 

Dream and Hustle is one example but we are moving Dream and Hustle under the MochaStar division and it has already been redone and will be rolling out as part of the new ecosystem. However, I will serve as editor-in-chief with AI agents performing the journalist and research work and creating content that I have final approval to stamp or rewrite to my style. 

TMS Early Adopters 

I want to thank the TMS Early Adopters and am launching the program immediately. We will have a web site portal for the program. I have a list of those who are qualified and will be reaching out with an invite to the portal. 

Overall, they will have special access and price structure for our platform and services. They will have a customized Kossier account that indicates their status as an TMS Early Adopter that will be respected at all of our hub locations anywhere in the world. 

They will be able to access our platform and build up their own business like a paid parking garage with our digital technology and find many ways to launch their own business. I would advise them to just try, fail it fast if it doesn’t work, and keep trying something new. 

Obviously there are restrictions where they cannot get discounts off merchants and partners of our platform. They cannot transfer the Early Adopter program to another person or put it in their will for their kids. 

Afroasiatic Movement Begins Now

The Afroasiatic movement isn’t a cosplay show; it’s real. It’s not even me, it’s already manifesting through an invisible hand. Brothas and sistas are moving to Asia, going directly to Asia to launch new paradigms of ventures and sourcing, and choosing to raise their children in Asia. 

The new Dream and Hustle will focus more on Afroasiatic content, even though that was the general direction. The goal will be the same - patterns and practices to share and adopt. There are going to be massive changes in the wind with our culture, the way we do business, and the way we live. 

We were always organic Afroasiatic, there is nothing new here. What happened was the fake and artificial pro-Black and Pan-African movement was trying to be forced on us as Black Americans. Or cats claiming they have some ancient Egyptian or Hebrew stuff. None of those identity cosplay helped or benefit us in any kind of way and it’s obvious our people are tired of it.

Afroasiatic will be business moves, community moves, collaboration moves - we will not allow ourselves to be put in made-up artificial identity boxes anymore. The goal is making sure we stay well ahead in the 21st century and keep looking forward. 

There are things under wrap I’m too excited to talk about and will be announcing them when the time is right. 

Akibas 

The Akiba movement kicks off now. This is all for Ashley Paxton and I wish she was here to see the manifestation. I do not believe you sistas know how much power, influence, sway, swagger, leverage, flexibility, mobility you have in this world right now. In addition, you are aligned with what we are doing here and you have been involuntarily adopted into the Afroasiatic movement. 

White papers and discussions on formation will begin. Please understand I’m not interested in back and forth conversations - we already have everything in place that was around before most of you Akibas were born. 

There will be two fronts, Akibas that are outside of Asia and those that are inside Asia. For those outside of Asia such as attending school in America or like to dress on the weekend or at anime festivals, there will be a local roadmap. For Asia, we will establish spaces and places and to be honest - those spaces and places are already established.  

Akibas will be narrowed to Japan but Thailand, Singapore, China, Vietnam, Korea, Philippines have strong Akiba culture as well. One of the things I’m going to stress is to find economic zones meaning places where you can find income and jobs to sustain your lifestyle as a global Akiba. We are building a real empowered movement for the sistas. 

We want Akibas to learn what most of Dream and Hustle has been teaching. Establishing DJ clubs, learning streaming, learning to make AI avatars, creating avatar shops like in Akibahabara - Akiba. Know the full culture of Harajuku and Yoyogi Park is your space to chill at. Create trade shows, modeling ezines and YouTube channels. Learn to navigate Japan like a pro and a digital nomad - we are not playing over here - you will know Japan and learn to speak Japanese as that is how we will be communicating with each other, Akibas. 

There is already a roadmap and I’m too excited as well - when I say I’m excited, let me explain what that means. It means we got the money and budget and things already worked out and have to announce formally, that’s what it means. The Akibas are too powerful for just me, plenty already moving on their own and that’s good - we are all going to meet up when the time is right anyway. 

Drop off Observers, Shift to Customers

With the new shift with AI, the company launch, and the monetization push, I expect the long-time “observers” who are just sitting around looking and doing nothing to drop off. We will not be accommodating them anymore regardless. 

We are going to have a different customer base that is global. We are going to focus on digital nomads, expats, microbusiness, AI-native startups, large enterprise, small enterprise, cities and locales. Don’t have time for those still confused and trying to figure out if Ed made it or not - Ed has made it, go take your ball and play somewhere else if you are lurking to find that out. 

I have a strong customer base manifesting from India to Latin America throughout Asia and Europe as well as here in America with a younger and older generation. The digital solutions, the digital media, small business and enterprise solutions give us multiple value streams. I have a track record of respect and appreciation for my contributions, even if the Black community doesn't want to acknowledge one of their own, it doesn't matter. 

Because me and Ben and the people who are moving with us are going to build out a new paradigm shift. Things will not be the same and the movement has officially begun over here.
