Establishing Monetized Streaming Stations at Local Toshikiso Hubs
The world around us has change, the revolution is underway – you are Black media now. The opportunity is now in our hands to build out established media without any Boule gatekeepers.
We can also take the spoils of war. We take the mindshare, the advertising, the revenue away from these Boule characters who thought they could gatekeep on a brotha and sista.
We are going to take the block back, rebuild brick-by-brick to establish our own ecosystem and infrastructure and revert back to Afroasiatic local fiscalism practices. We are going to start by creating our own content stations for people in our communities using the Toshikiso Hubs.
Toshikiso Hub Capability
A Toshikiso Hub is a physical building that can support an entire economic and social ecosystem. It is modeled after the buildings in Tokyo which is part of the Afroasiatic pattern to revitalize communities and move us further into the 21st century of innovation.
We can use this building to host retail, office space, trade events, exhibitions. On the outside, we can display advertising, information such as weather and news, and a video broadcast. We can also stream cloud-based applications to power business in the community to run software from the hub.
But there is another element we can host – we can stream audio programming such as podcast shows, music shows, and other information-based programming. Because we are digital, we can run multiple streaming programming to the local community, with unlimited scale.
In other words, we can deliver hyper-Blackness to the Black community and no more one or two corporate Black radio stations like Urban One with their crappy stock price; we have hundreds if not thousands of original Black audio programming that can reach a community and beyond.
Build a Streaming Station
Local communities will give birth to new forms of digital-first because of the Toshikiso hub. One of those is to build out streaming broadcasts to replace Black radio altogether. Bunch of goofy Black radio stations just around playing filthy music and hustle Black voters to vote Democrat all the time with no tangibles.
We recommend don’t try to be generic station and focus on creating multiple streaming stations that can be played on demand or live streamed. Create a radio station that focus on fashion and style, cultural events, social issues, music styles local to the community.
Be mindful of who your real competitors are – TikTok Live sessions and social media and YouTube. You want to be able to create localized programming for the community to have authentic music. Also be able to support the kids at George Washington Carver high school and make them feel like they belong to the community as well.
You can also scale out around the world and create streaming stations at our global hubs and cater to their market or simulcast your shows overseas, for the Black expats in Thailand for example.
You can create your own AI content or license other people AI content and you distribute their content on a revenue split agreement.
Mobile-First Platform
Technology will be the biggest game changer. Our Kossier platform will be able to stream the audio content and even transmit the audio via Bluetooth to speakers and car audio systems, eliminating the monopoly Black radio stations thought they can on morning traffic.
In addition, we can have paid subscriptions for commercial use for business establishments to play your music streams designed for business background music. So a Black-owned café can play smooth jazz or chillhop streams that you created with AI music generators.
You have way more opportunities than a Black radio platform, as we can even move your streaming programming to our hubs around the world in Europe and Asia, Latin America and the Middle East and Africa.
Marketing and Monetization
You are the Black media now; the revolution has already materialized. That means you can make the moves to promote and monetize a new business model. Now you can do the stuff at a local level to build up subscriptions.
To raise awareness, get your own branded vehicle to drive around the community and give out goodies with your branding. This can be laptop and rear windshield stickers, t-shirts, or a spinning wheel that gives prizes and you show up at every local event around town with your car and a tent booth with your booth babes to do street promotions.
For monetization, we will be using the tokenization system at several levels. The first level is to manage royalty payments to the creators, so everybody is paid fairly in the system. The second level is subscription level where people can subscribe to your paid audio programming and if on demand, tokens are deducted per play. The third level is advertising, and sponsorship deals to pay in tokens and make it easier for advertisers to do business with you from anywhere.
As you see, we know who is running Black media nowadays – you and I. Look how fast legacy Black media died and just lingering around lifeless. This is a big opportunity on the horizon as we take control of the voice of our community, our culture, our people.
