Creating a N8N-Driven Photobook as a Revenue Stream for your AI Avatar

Our pilot AI artist, Clara Ney will be managed like a traditional music artist or public figure. That means that we are looking at every promotional and revenue opportunity to increase income.

Please recognize that the core talent may not be the biggest revenue opportunity. The biggest opportunity can come from sponsorships, product lines, paid appearances. One of the biggest trends we spotted in Japan for idol management was the release of photobooks.

We spoke on this topic a long time ago about self-branding sistas and using Kyary Pamu-Pamu as the blueprint and how Asobi Systems, the Japanese talent agency was using multiple revenue stream strategies for their artists.

This is an example of a photobook from Japan, and you should see something I covered before. This is a photobook of the Japanese weather channel WNN when I stated the weather personalities have so much revenue generation opportunities. That was the article where I mentioned can the sistas create a weather streaming platform, and she did not do it, despite all the massive revenue opportunity and global scale.

In this article, we are going to talk about how we plan to implement a photobook for our artist, Clara Ney that will follow in the same pattern as her projects using N8N and GenAI to pump out dozens of assets that we will later use to create a final product, a limited e-book to offer her fan base.

Afroasiatic Implementation

A photobook is an extension of the product or personality. It gives “depth” to the artist and collectible touchpoints about the artist and adds a dimension for the fans to have a different angle of the artist.

We will be bringing this model into the Afroasiatic movement as a revenue generator to have some creatives create licensed photobooks of our artists and do a revenue deal with them.

This same practice is done in high luxury fashion where they release a model book featuring their designer clothes, handbags for the fashionistas to collect. I want you to keep this in mind when your AI artist can do sponsorship or placement as additional revenue generator.

You can create a physical or digital photobook, and we will discuss this part later. What you want to do is create a good photobook and release them. What we will be doing is the same as releasing songs. We will stagger releasing a song, then release a photobook, a music video, a virtual concert, a live streaming event as a VTuber and so on.

This whole combination will blow her up when it is her time to shine.

Gather the Content and Inspiration

The strategy we see for photobooks in Japan is to create a theme. One of my favorite photobook themes was a Japanese model doing “jobs” or careers like a firefighter, cop, street sanitation, and so on. Another one was a model visiting all the sightseeing spots like the aquarium, large statue, museum, art galleries, public parks and so on.

It is recommended to look at themes. In the picture above, you will see the theme – it’s Clara Ney enjoying a break at the poolside during her tour. Taking photos of the places, she stopped at, enjoying her time off, maybe sneaking off to a café or diner as well. There so many themes you can think of – research existing model photobooks for inspiration.

Just like our projects for song release, create projects for photobooks. The top level is the theme you are looking for. Do AI research asking for scenes and sub-genres under the theme and make this part of your notebook.

Then create prompts from the keywords from your research. What you want to do and what we do is create the whole simulated world of that environment and look at the big and small things. For example, we are looking at her on tour and have her riding the tour bus looking out the window as she arrives at the new city. Checking in the hotel with all her luggage and suitcases. Notice we can do American tour, European tour, Middle Eastern tour photobooks, that’s a massive revenue stream.

Using N8N

N8N is a good workflow platform where you can run backend processes and copy other people’s scripts and refine it for your business model. What we are using N8N for is automated content generation that we can final edit and release a final product.

Let me describe what we are doing – we have an API endpoint that take the prompt to generate photos based on a theme and send that prompt to various AI platforms and all of them dump the images into a cloud drive in a new folder. We check that folder and gather all the images that were created.

We create about 25-50 images per run. We do the same thing with the music release.

Final Product

This is the prompt used for this whole photobook shoot:

Dramatic fashion portrait of <Clara Ney>. Shot in high-resolution digital photography with a shallow depth of field, the light blue backdrop subtly gradients into misty gray at the edges, enhancing the moody atmosphere. Rembrandt lighting casts delicate chiaroscuro across her face, emphasizing cheekbone shadows and the glossy texture of her deep plum-stained lips. The overall tone is cinematic and enigmatic, with desaturated mid-tones, rich blacks, and a faint film grain ...

Then we modify the scene and the portrait and add some AI generated poetry and quotes on the page as well, written in English and Japanese.

Once we get about 100 images, we start filtering out the good images and start creating a final product of 30-50 images for the photo book.

For the final product, there are several options. The first option would be a PDF that we have the user download after making a payment on stripe. The other option is streaming access to the photobook as a one-time purchase. The other option is a printed photobook.

Now that we have compiled everything and got our photobook, it’s time to take it to market.

Take to Market

We will have a whole announcement of the release of a Clara Ney photobook. We will have a preview on YouTube on some of the photos that are in the book and will be also on her Facebook/Instagram sites and her own web site as well.

One thing we can have is promotional on release day where she can sign books and even say the customer’s name and give them a personal message for an extra fee on the book release. We can have her simultaneously do this release in parallel all around the world in different languages – no real artist can do that, but she can.

For digital protection, we will be using a blockchain to record the serial number and have it on the photobook for each page and a QR code. Anybody purchasing the book can quickly tell if the book is authentic or the transfer history and if it is a one-of-a-kind and not a copy.

Be mindful your AI artist should be managed as if you are a full artist management firm. The goal is to find as many revenue opportunities as possible to line up your pockets. You are the media now and this is a big opportunity to take this model overseas to get out of America or the UK and be in Osaka or Dubai with your own studio setup for your AI artist.

This whole set-up and we see in our Media and Entertainment division to be a revenue generator company that even if we get tired of it, can sell out the division for a nice purchase price.
