Why I’m Considering Dubai as the Next Chapter

I will be headed to Dubai which will be my first international travel since the pandemic began. I did not run out to Mexico and the Caribbean during the pandemic like these other folks who wanted to show they are global trotting. I chilled out from travel and focused on business strategy and building up solid relationships building with global partners and customers. The reason I’m going to Dubai is to get a feel of the lay of the land and enjoy myself with vacation by getting far away from everybody here.

I have been disappointed in Japan and my team decided we not going to move forward with Japan. The travel ban, the incompetent Olympics, red tape, and reluctance to embrace global entrepreneurs turned us off and also will make it hard for us to attract global talent to Japan to work with us. But one thing I noticed is what I pointed out in a previous write-up. The Japanese ex-pat community is not high-caliber and goes to Japan to read comics, watch anime and try to date Japanese girls. I need a more serious caliber of talent to grow a global empire.

My global peers and colleagues have been migrating to Dubai to launch their global business in the free zone, get a visa and move there and sponsor their families to move with them. I was told there is a vibrant high-caliber global empire culture in Dubai and I will be around like-minded people, not wannabee fakers like I see here in Atlanta, especially that fake Black in Tech nonsense I want nothing to do with. So with all this sounding good stuff in Dubai, I want to go see if I can enjoy the area and if this is meant for me and my enterprise as the new location.

If Dubai gives me good vibes, then we are going to consider Dubai as the new location and build from there. The free zone visa looks attractive – we can start up our business, move to Dubai, and get a local resident card to open bank accounts, rent and buy properties and sponsor our family. Being a tax-free zone is the real draw but the best part is we can employ people from all over the world to sponsor to move to Dubai like from the Philippines.  All these American brothas and sistas can ask those YouTube charlatans they were following to hook them up, good luck with that. You American brothas and sistas chose them charlatans over a real one like me; then you stick with your charlatans and yall keep talking a bunch of nothing week after week.

From my understanding, Dubai is likely the best place for sistas to truly launch global empires and one of the safest places for a real enterprise-grade sista trying to reach for the top.  For brothas, he got a space away from the nonsense in America and he going to have options when those women in Dubai from all over see he actually got his hustle on. But we have to be mindful that UAE is an Islamic country ruled by a royal family and not a democracy. Keep in mind Iran is across the pond and there is an active military action against Yemen. The average pork-eating African-American who want to loud-mouth and got poor financial growth management skills is not going to find Dubai a pleasant place – in fact, they going to find Dubai a nightmare when they get locked up in poor condition prisons for not handling their money right or acting out of pocket in a Middle East country.

I will be covering my trip and provide real notes on what we discover about Dubai and not some Instagram faker Dubai portrayal. For now, our homework and consulting with experts are indicating Dubai is the top of the list for a brotha like me, even better than America. I have covered Dubai years ago on their business model structures for digital-first entities like blockchain companies and cryptocurrency firms to facilitate transfers and trades. If everything looks good, I will start looking at Dubai closer and cover our details here.
