One of the biggest stealth plays against Black Americans going on right now is the GCC or Global Capability Centers. The GCC era will create mass unemployment among the Black urban professionals or Buppies and cascade in irreversible Black community decline. 

Unfortunately and predictable, our people are distracted by petty stuff such as listening to feckless Democrat shills like Roland Martin, or asking if Dr. Cheyenne Byrant found her college transcripts and if she can elaborate on her doctoral dissertation. 

This transformation to GCCs worldwide is the most serious threat we are facing as Black people in the post-Civil Rights Era. Dr. Claude Anderson and the rest of the Black empowerment goofy characters do not have exposure to what’s really going on and just on social media blabbing and clueless. 

The Afroasiatic movement is fully aware of the situation on the horizon and we are preparing for it. In this article, let’s talk about GCCs, the impact, the problem and the solution. 

Global Capability Centers

A global capacity center is simply a friendly name for an offshore facility that transfers job roles and functions done in America for cheaper resources doing the same job roles and functions. The GCC is literally an exact copy of your entire office being built overseas. 

This is no different than a Passport Bro having a replicant girlfriend in Asia while sistas in America trying to give him a hard time but the sista doesn't know her replicant is over in Asia loving a brotha, lol. The Passport Bro went overseas and spec his SE Asian baddie out to have long hair, light-skinned, dimples, big booty, submissive, cooperative, and raise his babies by herself while he in Siem Reap trading crypto with the Chinese and sitting on the couch with his Playstation playing video games all day. 

You brothas and sistas are being replaced plain and simple. These GCC buildings overseas are the same as the office complexes in America but constructed cheaper on cheaper land with cheaper employees. This is also driven by profit margins the CEO can brag on the investor call and investors are demanding other corporations create GCCs to generate more shareholder revenue. 

This is an example of the technology jobs the Blavity AfroTech cornballs will never see in their lifetime because look at who is hiring, the positions they are hiring, and where the jobs are located: 

These are those jobs that used to pay high six-figures, all going to Hyderabad, India for T-Mobile that once had these jobs here in Atlanta and other cities as well. Look at the requirements such as 12-20 years as a Sr Data Architect - trust me, that 12-20 years experience is to scare away the lightweights that goes to an Afrotech conference giving a f*ck what Morgan Debaum is talking about. All those jobs are overseas now. 

But wait a minute - this is not just IT jobs and Blavity Afrotech characters making 3-egg omelets with hash browns at iHop as their job to pay the bills, there are additional job listings at GCC centers in India - can you guess who works these jobs in America? 

Those jobs such as reconciliation, controller, fixed assets leads are done by Black women who were acting like she was better than her own Black man. These sistas got full of herself when she got her DEI position and talked all that “I don’t need a man!” nonsense and saying how broke Black men are. Look at the companies - ADM, CIBC (Canadian Bank), Bristol Myers Squibb - these are Black women jobs they work at and they are being replaced by replicants in India. 

What do you notice about this Instagram post by someone in India writing about a new GCC? Do you see all of the roles such as “Back Office Operations” - that’s the bread and butter corporate positions. But what I like is the “Driving Urban Growth and Employment” empowering the city of Chennai in India. 

Now you brothas and sistas have been brief on what a GCC is. 

The Impact on Buppies

There is only one outcome - professional Black folks are going to be laid off and won’t have that same job again ever because those jobs went to India and done by someone cheaper with cheaper expenses. 

This will create a domino effect of losing homes, cars, medical benefits, and their marriage or relationships. No more work wives or work husbands to cheat with either. Just like the same two recessions, we are going to see that corporate Black sista too good for the brothas at the Black strip club in Atlanta walking the floor butt naked asking if the brotha she dissed at work if he wants a lap dance. Yall think this is funny - this actually happens. 

That is when the Black community deteriorates even further. Black support and services businesses such as salons, dining establishments, and retail stores in our community close down shop as well. Medical clinics and hospitals in the Black community shut down because broke people are getting sick and cannot pay bills. Predatory lending such as title loans and pawn shops pop up to replace the Black businesses.  Drugs, gambling, prostitution become rampant which leads to more crime. 

All of this is about to happen because of the GCC transformation and buppies are going to get hit the hardest of all groups impacted. There is a reason why Black professionals will be hit the hardest. 

The Problem is Distraction

The problem is very frank - Black Americans are very comfortable with the nonsense. We act like we are good, playing the better than you game, and keeping up appearances instead of putting in that real work to survive and thrive. Majoring in minors. 

Sistas who are going to get hit the hardest were seriously in the nonsense of she is the most educated. What good is being the most educated when the high-paying jobs are overseas at a GCC in a low-paying country, sista? Did you think about that outcome while you were trying to brag how educated you are and you saying you are making more money than your Black man? 

I’m going to give Indian talent one credit no one else wants to give them - in the West, women are competing with her men and comparing. The Indian women I met were cooperative working right alongside her man together on the job and the household is a true family unit of building up. That’s why cooperative Indian couples can buy prime real estate in Dubai and Sharjah and London while we over here building affordable tiny homes in the Black community. 

Then we over here voting Democrat like that means something. Black folks haven’t looked past their nose and realize a Global Capabilities Center can only be envisioned by liberal globalists who are looking to create the global citizen. The thought is to locate these GCCs around the world in hubs that attract people from around the world. Look at the companies opening GCCs and you will see Democrat leaning corporations - the Democrat party that Black people vote for like sheep and then get nothing in return for their vote. 

As a people, we are distracted by thinking we are entitled and we get DEI benefits and perks. My favorite is the gerrymandering thing where the NAACP is telling Black athletes not to play at colleges in states that redrawn voting districts. That is not even a real issue if you think about it because Black demographics has changed drastically the past 25-30 years. 

It’s just a repeat pattern of creating emotional triggers by the Democrats to sell us fear loathing instead of tangibles for Black people for our votes and they do this fear-mongering stuff every election cycle to Black folks and we eat it up and Democrats forget we exist after Election Day. 

We are at a juncture now where all the pieces of the Monopoly game have just been slapped off our table - no more money, no more cars, no more homes to play on the Monopoly board - it’s about to get real out here when those layoffs start hitting. 

Oh, let’s talk about layoffs - they are not going to do mass layoffs because the new practice is “perpetual layoffs” to stay under the WARN Act threshold.  What they are going to do is slowly replace the job in the GCC and fire the specific American counterpart one at a time, maybe 10-20 a day, slowly. They want this to happen quietly over time where we wake up one day and realize all the jobs are over there at the GCC overseas. 

The Solution is Afroasticatic Focus

The only realistic and viable solution is the Afroasiatic path. You can use pages from Powernomics to wipe your butt once you don’t have enough money to buy toilet paper after the economic fallout in the Black community due to the GCC. 

We spent too much time focused on external validation and working for someone else and didn’t build a damn thing for ourselves. Now they are taking those jobs we felt entitled and comfortable with and moving those jobs overseas. Look at the Black community in Detroit and Flint after those auto plants closed and the jobs moved overseas. Don’t worry, Obama will stop by and pretend to drink your dirty water and you all can scream “Obama!” in your emotional state. 

We are going to repeat what happened when the North Carolina furniture industry moved to China and the Black community around Charlotte was devastated. We are going to repeat what happened to Michigan and Indiana and Ohio when the auto industry started moving plants to Mexico after Bill Clinton, the first Black President, signed NAFTA into law. 

The only solution is that those of us have to move differently - Afroasiatic. That means we divest from these current batch of clowns we got in the Black American community and start focusing and riding the same global wave that is going to destroy the rest of these characters like the Great Flood - be that third monkey trying to get on the Ark. 

We have to build spaces around the world for us and also build out GGCs that we own and manage as well - that’s not an option either. We can build some GGCs here in America. When everybody else on some global empire moves, we don’t have time for a goofy Black Enterprise article fluff piece, we got to do that global empire move as well. 

I already have this in plan for my Akibas in Tokyo and going there for that purpose and not revealing much but it should be obvious - give them space to grow and flourish. Malaysia is a big GCC center like India and the best location in Asia because we can go to Malaysia visa free for 90 days and conduct both business and tourism where other countries require a business visa that is expensive to obtain. 

We need to find a real tribe of actual Black talent and groovy Black folks we can work together, build together without the competing “First Black” nonsense. It’s a lot of lame Black folks running around acting stuck up, elite and got no talent or skills - biggest giveaway is they try to hide a real one like me from their goofy setup. 

Look, Black Americans like to wait until the thing hits the fan and flies all over their face and body then starts reacting all emotional to the FUBAR situation we are in. You need to move right now because those GCCs are built right now and they are hiring right now, meaning they are ready to fire and replace you right now. 

Save Your Money. Knowing the clear evidence your professional job is in danger, you better stop spending money frivolously to this day and build up a safety net. You also need to sell and cash out everything now - the resale boutique listings are the best bet. 

Prep Your Household. Have a supply of food always in your pantry and prepare meals that will sustain you so when things get rough, you already know how to stay fed and have the energy to figure out how to move next. Being hungry and broke is a dangerous situation where you are not thinking clearly how to get out of the mess you are in. 

Drop the Losers. Those cornball friends of yours that don’t add any value, drop them now. The bitter sistas telling you sistas men are dogs and garbage. The brothas always asking you for a dollar to borrow and side hating on your Mercedes you bought at CarMax. Family members that are quiet about your success, wins, gains. You need either solid allies or you move solo lone wolf in this changing landscape. 

Learn New Skills. Clearly you need to download LM studio and load the Gemma module and get assistance in how to prepare for emergencies, save your money, look at your spreadsheets and prepare for employment opportunities. You have to establish a toolkit of skills that are competitive worldwide for the next item. 

Prepare to Move. You cannot sit around and think you should stay at your church home or whatever. You may have to move overseas for your next job because your current job is already planning to move overseas with or without you. Make this vision a reality. I can get with my Japanese chick and open up a chillhop cafe in Fukuoka or Machida around the college campus. Me and the brothas can get together and open up operations in Cambodia or Malaysia and get our money up while living cheaply. All brothas need in Cambodia is a row of homes together, a basketball court, PS5, Wi-Fi and thick Cambodian chicks and we are all good. 

Look, the time has passed where you think you can just sit around and vote Democrat. After the fall election and before the holiday season, they still start ramping up their GCCs and start winding down you and your job.  This will have a devastating impact on the Black community and folks will turn on each other. 

You want to sit around for this mess, you go right ahead amigo. But if you want to stay ahead of the game, keep your head above water, and explore new lands, new opportunities, new directions then you need to sit down and figure out what your next move and survival mode will be like right now, not tomorrow, not next week - right now.
