Want to interrupt our regular publishing to give an overall update of progress and developments. As I indicated before, things in 2025 are moving very fast and witnessing a paradigm shift, both good and bad. The good is the level of opportunity out there and the bad is the number of people who are going to be hard-marginalized because they are goofing off listening to losers.

Over here, we have been carrying out our roadmap and manifest our big plans. This is why I want to give an update because of how fast things are moving.

Being Thankful

The first thing I want to be thankful for is my bae in Japan. She been there for me, checking in on me, she is genuinely interested in what I’m doing. When I’m in Japan, I’m living the 1990s era Chicago as an adult - riding the subway to meet her like I did at the Jackson and State station, go window shopping like we on State Street or Wabash, go out to eat like Bennigan's on Michigan Ave or check out an exhibit like the Art Institute of Chicago, she teaching me Japanese, we take a cab home like a grown couple. 

Baby, thank you for everything and being by my side throughout the years. The work we done is not just for us but will help a lot of people improve their lives and help a lot of communities become better. We got this and I appreciate you so much!

Hubs Launched

We launched our second hub in Asia, to serve the Asia region. These hubs are the major transport point in our hub/node system where we can sync data and services anywhere. The first hub is here in America and has been up and running for a few weeks.

Nodes are smaller endpoints like an edge server, established in a smaller area or community that sync with a larger hub. The hubs all sync with each other around the world. What this means is a global data distribution center that allows global digital trade to occur worldwide.

For example, you can create an AI generated romance manhwa here in America and translate it to Korean when it hits our Asian hub. We have the services and AI to take care of local translation and sell on the local market with the Asian hub having established to take to market. The same with news and media syndication and other markets.

Be mindful that our hubs are infrastructure-as-code where we can script out the hub creation and management and just execute a script in any new region around the world on various platforms. This could not be done before but this means we can setup a hub or node in Jakarta in under 20 minutes,  be fully up and operational, and start data synchronization with the bigger hubs worldwide.

That means we will grow very exponentially and possibly one of the fastest growth expansions because of this kind of planning and automation.

Search Feature Available, Comments Next

On the new hubs, we have released our new versions of our search feature. You can now search again on Dream and Hustle. The previous version of our search was in the cloud and the compute charge was very expensive. We move the feature to our own hubs and created a faster architecture to index and perform search results.

Next up is a comment section; it is already there but has been disabled but we have some additional features to add. The comment section is not anonymous or anybody can write any type of foolish comment. A Kossier account is required to make comments and the commentary is subject to the social credit system.

How someone want to act will be reflected in the social credit system. Those that are productive will be rewarded and those who want to act a fool, they will find themselves limited and shut out of good opportunities. We are operating on the Dubai protocol – we support those who want to bring positive and good vibes and will deal harshly with the goofy cats.

Moving to Paid Services

Because we have two hubs up and running and more to setup, it’s time to pivot to empire mode. We are going to move from our temporary free offerings to full paid services. I’m not worried about losing freeloaders with an attitude; we are going to build up a true customer base.

Look, somebody going to pay for all this stuff I’m doing. Our transaction model is built into the hubs and we are going to use our utility token called $michi as the unit of transaction. One michi will equal 1,000 units. This is good for micro-transactions and make it easier to operate internationally against the US Dollar.

We will have traditional payment options but we will incorporate the token for prepaid services where microtransactions would occur like subscription services or credit point usage. For example, charge someone .0458 to use a private restroom in Paris.  

Early Adopters Official

Another reason to move to paid services is to allow only our Early Adopters to enjoy free services. They supported me, the rest of yall did not and was out there supporting these goofy influencers and charlatans.

Early Adopters will have their invoices zeroed indefinitely on all of our hubs and platforms. There are reasonable exceptions such as if we acquire a building to operate a cyber centre, they can run a chillhop crypto café off Toshikiso but they got to pay rent because we got to pay property taxes and utilities.

Thank you Early Adopters for being patient but I can name a whole bunch of video games like Starfield that took over 10 years to develop so don’t be tripping at me and my small crew building out this global ecosystem for a few years.

Discord, TikTok, YouTube

I will be moving away from Facebook because of their lack of respect for people privacy. I didn’t want to go there, but I’m going to say it – Mark Zuckerberg have lizard-like vibes about him where he appear to care more about money/status than creating true value and improvement of his customer base.

I used to work at Phillip Morris and Kraft that was in a business where their customers are expected to die from the products they serve – cigarettes and processed food. I thought that was bad, but Facebook..ok, let’s be honest, Phillip Morris and Kraft was worst.

On Discord, I will be popping in and running shows discussing technology and techniques in detail and work on creating a community around Toshikiso. Let’s focus on business building and urban solutions, not the lightweight stuff on Discord.

On TikTok, I will have a personal dialogue on current events and trends and give my take. We can talk lightweight on that petty platform.

On YouTube, I will have a vlogging show and expanded coverage on technology and news. These will be more polished videos and I have no need to do live shows.

For Dream and Hustle, we already have our own podcast and video streams that will be setup in our own ecosystem. I will have a comment section for interaction.

Streaming Services

We will have a dedicated podcast section on Dream and Hustle and will temporarily hold the current podcasts but will have a new shows specifically for Dream and Hustle. We will also be operating as a streaming service that can distribute paid media either through subscription or microtransactions.

Our physical hubs will be powerful enough to perform on-demand and live streaming. This is a big deal because we basically established an independent media company and will have a dedicated media streaming subsidiary.

We plan to run our own stations from our hubs and nodes and sign distribution deals with local and independent creators to have original shows. We also have MochaStar! advertising system that will also be a revenue generator to support the media service. You guys forgot about MochaStar but it is being modified to operate on our hubs. Ad revenue is expected to be one of our biggest revenue sources.

Toshikiso Shop

I’m wondering why this has not been done before. We are going to create our own version of a mega commerce site and compete with the likes of Rakuten, Shopee, AliExpress, QVC, TikTok Store and more. But this is a model catering to a local community like I see in Japan and South Korea.

This is a true marketplace model where we will be combining physical and digital that will work both online and in our hubs. We can work with merchants from anywhere in the world and they can ship their products through our platform. In turn, local merchants can create products and sell to anybody around the world as well.

Based on our development, these marketplace sites have a lot of business rules. They can identify hot selling products, perform micro-discounts to test price leveling for slow moving products, determine how to deliver and fulfil products. I will cover this marketplace application.

Please note there is a bigger feature I have not mentioned but it is wholesalers like Alibaba where someone in North Carolina can build chillhop café furniture or barbershop stations and sell to merchants – that will also be a part of this marketplace model for sale as well.

This is a major missing piece in developing economic activity and entrepreneurs and we going to incorporate these marketplaces into our hubs.

Vector Quantity Paradigm Shift

Things are moving pretty quickly over here and by the end of 2025, a lot of things will be fundamentally different. For example, it is highly likely I will be setting up global operations in different parts of the world. Through consultation, we realize it may be more feasible to operate a business in South Korea than Japan but there are other factors to consider so I will be visiting South Korea soon.

The media shows will probably grow in numbers, both video and podcasts and publishing. This includes digital comics and magazines and lookbooks. Dream and Hustle will likely have less of the real me and more production video, podcast, chatbot, articles, and e-books.

By moving to a paid platform, we are now compelled to create commercial products and services that our customers will want to purchase. So the business model will change and we will transform into a growth-driven company.

There will be more announcements coming soon but I wanted to give a quick update on our current progress. Again, I want to thank my boo thang for being there for me on the initial journey and I would not have made it to this juncture if it wasn’t for her caring love and support. Everybody else judging and sistas acting crappy while she just believed in a brotha, I appreciate that.
