The term “chomping at the bit” may not be familiar to most but let’s give the definition. According to Collins Dictionary “If someone is champing at the bit or is chomping at the bit, they are very impatient to do something, but they are prevented from doing it, usually by circumstances that they have no control over.”

The key phrase is having no control over the circumstances. A horse can chomp on the bit on their mouth all they want, but they are still attached to the carriage and have to pull the carriage load under the crack of a whip strap. The Black community can try to shout, shame, and withhold praise all they want, but change is going to happen and that is something we have no control over.

I noticed over and over as a Black man getting his, I see too many other Black people around me trying to shame and silence me and the progress. Other Black folks come around me just to act like a hater later on, that was their original intent – they try to befriend, then unfriend to try to make a sting. These are nothing but little b*tch moves to me because it doesn’t stop me from sitting down at the desk and putting in the work I need to perform to progress and fulfill my personal mission. I keep something in the drawer at my desk just like every other boss to deal with someone who wants to actually come to my desk and stop me.

I dated plenty of Black women like this who know nothing about the tech scene, show up and just to tell Ed Dunn she knows someone doing what I’m doing. She doesn’t know anybody in the tech scene, she just running her mouth trying to take me down a notch as if she has the power/influence to do such a thing. I have to remind people I got fine-ass, wealthy, supportive women from Asia, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa – an African American Black woman can’t tell me anything and I have zero involvement with the sistas nowadays and don’t even look their way. Black American sistas always trying to undermine a good brotha while she messes around with garbage brothas, I don’t have time or tolerance for that nonsense and not playing with sistas coming around me with that mess.

I talk about Blavity, a piece of crap platform that focused on selling “Blackness” to corporate advertisers and their shallow ditzy founder always talking numbers and “getting the bag” like those are the KPIs – it is not and folks made stuff up in their own heads. I talk about “Dead Earl” – Earl Graves Sr. and that garbage Black Enterprise magazine that was never serious about Black entrepreneurship and tried to focus on listicles like 40-under-40 and pick-and-choose petty nonsense on who to cover in their Ford/Amex sponsored garbage of a Black magazine.

You brothas and sistas want to clutch your pearls when I talk about how everybody working at Black Enterprise is a POS joke – they are and all you folks can do is act emotional. Many of you don’t remember how many Black content platforms went down during the 2008 Great Recession – you don’t remember Honey, the hair/sista lifestyle magazine? I just threw one out of dozens that failed but you brothas and sistas like to forget historical events and then act brand new when it repeats themselves. So when I say user-generated content is winning over these fake Black media garbage that was nothing more than a vassal to the Democrat Party, some of yall want to act like a little b*tch about that as well.

You want to celebrate Robert Smith III talking about he is a billionaire when he can do real things for the Black community in less than 15 minutes if he really wants to, but he doesn’t. He does lightweight crap relative to his wealth like paying off Morehouse student loans and yall Black folks get all happy like you were doing the electric slide at the election polls voting for Joe Biden.

Robert Smith III is nothing but a billionaire and that’s all he can say he is – because he is a fake. He was all in White Privilege circles over there smiling at Jackson Hole, and then want to come back and lecture Black people, he can go right back to those White Privilege circles but it sounds like his money doesn’t mean much over there so he dangles his “billionaire” status to pocket-watching thirsty Black folks who think he special. Robert Smith III ain’t sh*t, don’t matter to the mission, and real Black folks not even checking him.

Let’s just look at the real landscape here. The American-based Pan-African movement was a fake and Western African origin brothas calling themselves Eastern-African Black Hebrews – none of that did anything to improve the overall Black community and we can declare those things a failure.

The whole prosperity preaching coming out of mega churches where you celebrate a central rich figure like a mega-church preacher or a celebrity or some Black business person using the logical fallacy of appeal to wealth, that didn’t work for the Black community and also considered a failure. The biggest mega-churches are surrounded by Black poverty and plight, not prosperity.

 They talk about Shaq and Magic Johnson being entrepreneurs for the Black community but all they got to offer the Black youth is broke jobs at a fast-food franchise.

Voting for Black politicians and the Democrat Party is also a failure as well because as soon as Black people get in line to talk about “my right to vote” and cast their vote, Joe Biden forgets who Black people are and start sending billions of dollars to Ukraine. We are literally looking at working-age Black people in their 40s and 50s homeless and sleeping in tents from Denver to Los Angeles and yall vote for Biden giving billions to Ukraine when most of our community is a missed paycheck away from financial ruin, but you still voting and smiling for a change to come.

Civil Rights activists and the church community are showing up a day late and a dollar short after we experience another Black youth violence with guns. You cannot go to a Black gas station on Covington Highway or Hairston Road without worrying about being shot or your child witnessing someone get killed at the gas station. Or they carjack someone with a young Black child still inside the car at the gas station.

Then we can talk about these fake Black feminists – they spend more time hating Black men than focusing on Black girls and Black women being snatched off the streets and sex trafficked. What these unstable Black women don’t want to face is the majority of these Black women being snatched up, lured and groomed by Black women – they want you to think this picture of a Black man doing this when this is an evil enterprise going on right under our noses within the Black community.

All of what I mentioned are a sign of Black failure causing the rapid decline and destruction of the Black community. If you are a young brotha or young sista, you literally do not have a chance and you are fully aware you have to leave the Black community if you want to survive and thrive. The Black community is a failure state for the reasons I stated above – fake Black leadership, self-serving Black people, appeal to materialism and wealth, voting for Democrats like sheep, eating the young via gang recruitment and sex trafficking.

If you are a Black person still living in these Black communities, you better get the hell out of the Black community because it is done. I have stated over and over on Dream and Hustle how the state of Blackness will transform in the 21st century. I stated that we are going to have new Black colonies built up in new cities like Omaha, Nebraska, and also around the world from Southeast Asia, Europe, Latin America, and so on. The most important thing to understand is we are living in a world of algorithms and arbitrage and the real Black folks already figured this out on their way out of the door. Don’t be the last one in the room to turn off the lights.

In terms of algorithms, if you haven’t noticed the photo above – is the screenshot of the upcoming new platform website that will supersede this Dream and Hustle blog. The new content platform is driven by algorithms, not driven by Black gatekeepers or Democrat Party. The contributors will be paid based on an algorithmic pool of revenue each month. This means that Black people will get real content that they are demanding, not the scripted nonsense Tyler Perry or Oprah Winfrey want to show or portray Black people.

We are entering an age of algorithms that helps Black people win in the digital age. We can create systems that can find the best-qualified leads to convert into sales. We can create automated processes that respond to events such as when a transaction is complete, and send the customer a follow-up 20% off coupon via email or SMS.

We can create chatbots that can answer support questions or sales questions or resolve transactions without human interaction. We can even create algorithms that can scan YouTube or a popular platform to find the hottest trending topics and create our own podcasts or YouTube videos to hit big numbers more effectively and efficiently.

We have witnessed the era of arbitrage throughout the new Black community movement. Black folks are seeing that moving to Dallas or Atlanta is a better arbitrage than staying in Chicago or New York. The rent is cheaper, the weather is better and they can move quietly in a suburb nowhere near the toxic Black folks they had to put up with back when they lived in the hood.

Black folks are also quitting their fast-food job and working at Amazon warehouses or driving rideshares or delivering packages over having to punch in and punch out and show up at low-wage worksites somewhere. McDonald’s refused to pay $15/hour and today after all the brothas and sistas quit and started gig economy working, now McDonald’s struggling to find anybody that is willing to work there.

Passport bros have become the Black community's biggest arbitrage play. Brothas are finding out they can live in South America or Southeast Asia live a better-quality life and access to – well, I will go there – better quality women to marry and settle down. The American sistas have become too much of a toxic liability and assumed she had no competition when it comes to the Black man.

Sistas thought she can treat a brotha any kind of way because he had nowhere to go and didn’t have choices. But now we see brothas getting their passports, becoming digital nomads, living overseas, and having plenty of options.

What we are experiencing right now is what I described while I was on a date in Tokyo with my boo. I saw she lived hours outside of Tokyo, but where she goes and hangs out was all driven by her mobile phone and places she “pinned” as her ecosystem. If you actually read the last sentence and caught on something – I mentioned I’m a Black man dating in Tokyo when I live here in Atlanta, now you get it?

The Black community is evolving in a massive paradigm shift due to the failed state of the Black community. We got shooting at gas stations, Black transexuals getting killed, Black girls being snatched up and sex trafficked, Black boys getting Taurus G3s and modified Glocks and shooting up the entire Black community, weirdos with ADOS and West African roots claiming they East African Black Hebrews, and sistas just all but a lost cause for any good brotha to pursue. And these idiots still line up every election to vote for a Democrat who not going to do anything for Black people once they get elected. Who the hell wants to be around the failed state of Black America?

The new Black community will be built up digitally and globally – we are going to set up new Black communities in places like Colombia, El Salvador, Dubai, Bangkok, Shanghai, and more. We are going to run algorithm-based operations as digital nomads from content creators, and crypto/blockchain experts, to information brokers to sustain our new lifestyle and place. Brothas dating/mating habits are literally going to wipe out the current generation of sistas walking around with stank attitudes. You American sistas better find your way to Tokyo, Lisbon, Seoul, and especially Dubai (Dubai is considered the best location for Black women entrepreneurs) and find a brotha that left the plantation and not trying to be shot at a gas station on Panola Road.

Right now, the new movement is for Black people to save themselves and get out of the Black community that is now a failed state. Young people should have at least $25,000 to spend on a year in Thailand or a year in Dubai and focus on building up digital skills. Older people should reconsider their 401k/IRA and cash out for the right now and establish digital assets/process algorithms that can work 24/7 making money for them as their retirement income for the rest of their lives.

Simps and b*tches can stay here in America and keep dissing their own good brothas/good sistas while watching their young boys get shot, their young teen girls go missing, their elder neighbors get home invaded, and watch themselves get robbed by gunpoint by a teenage slider/former water boy at the gas station on Redan Road.

Yall can stay here and pretend it’s all good. But in reality, the real brothas and real sistas already left America, the jobs and Black economic engines made up of our people are migrating to mid-size cities in Tennessee and Texas, and the current Black leaders and Black gatekeepers can do nothing but chomp at the bit looking at their own failure manifesting in front of them.
