We have completed the milestone of ready to bring our Michi token system to market. The Michi utility/settlement token concept has been around for years and we just revamped it to fit into the Toshikiso ecosystem as a driver of smart financial transactions.

In this article, I want to give a high-level overview of the Michi token and the real-world scenarios. Overall, this is a big deal as the Michi tokenization model will create new revenue streams and have immediate economic impact on businesses and communities.

Before we get started, I want to take a moment and dedicate this to Ashley that many people knew her online as squidkid1111. Unfortunately, she is not here with us but she will not be forgotten.

When I started all of this, I said over and over on Dream and Hustle – none of this was for my generation; all of this was for the future generation. When we lost Ashley, I lost someone I was doing all of this for and that affects me as well.

We are moving Afroasiatic – the word “michi” means road in Japanese and this is the path forward for us. I will be Japan-based and I have been traveling in Japan for the longest time. I want all the Black cosplayers as well as the greater Afroasiatic community know you have a true godfather, someone building out the big picture and we got a lot of “michi” or road ahead of us in this new path we are pursuing.

Understand all of this is part of the self-ecosystem paradigm shift. I need all of yall to stay true to yourself and start the process to create your avatars, your business models, your clubs and so on as we start manifesting because this is going to be a big movement. The Afroasiatic movement is not some broke-ass Black movement; we experts, we got our money up, we been around the block – you got real leaders and champions in the room for you all, we got this.

The Ecosystem

Michi. This is the unit of stored value. A michi has four decimal places for microtransactions and will currently cost USD value of .01 cents to 1 michi. This means 100 michi is $1 and we have a top-up of $10 for 10,000.0000 units.

Kossier. This is the lifestyle app where you reload michi units. In addition, it allows you to check-in establishments and some establishments may charge to stay per hour, or reserve a table, all done from QR code scanning.

Hub. This is our physical or virtual node of our greater network. Each hub will be like a branch and host businesses, spaces, and offer local economic services, as well as media streaming.

Ledger. At this time, we are not revealing much about the ledger except it has elements of blockchain and distributed ledger, but each hub has their own “sidechain” protocol that syncs with our master ledgers that are also distributed for resiliency.

Ledger Agents. These are the AI agents that make the ledger smart. They help perform transactional tasks such as holds, royalty, settlement, escrow, restrict outflow payments to another country, etc.

Loading Funds Via Kossier

Kossier will be the primary mobile source to load Michi units. Michi is integrated into Kossier as a lifestyle app. You will be able to check-in at a gym with a QR code, and can pay for a day pass with the tokens and your information is shared with the gym to allow you to proceed.

The integration with Kossier brings new levels of conducting transactions for business and help accelerate the establishment and expansion scale of businesses. This is serious talk we will bring up later but it literally allows everyday people be able to start engaging with merchants through Kossier and transact with Michi units.

Hub Interaction

A hub is a physical establishment promote information media, store fronts, and virtual spaces offering both digital and physical. A node offers just digital without a physical establishment until we deemed the area can sustain a hub.

For the michi token, we can use smart processing for local merchants to display their ads on our billboards. We can stream local artists music, videos, rent out their e-books, facilitate delivery, all using Michi for smart transactions and settlement.

The key is we are going to offer new styles of transactions that generate new forms of revenue streams not available or offered before. For example, we can create an advertisement network using agentic AI to determine placement and context at the right space at the right time. We can establish pop-up stores and the AI can pay our contractors to setup the fixtures and get paid for each unit of work by the AI.

Type of Token Transactions

With the introduction of AI agents and a resilient ledger, we can introduce new value streams. A value stream is a business process that leads to revenue generation. We already have the technology to spin up a chillhop café that Clara Ney can pop in and work on her next project.

Token Hold. A merchant can place a hold to keep a reserve, then release minus actual charges. This scenario is good for putting down deposit, or paying for a tab, then refund them the amount after services have been rendered.

Time for Units.  This is charging by the hour. The agent and Kossier will be able to process the start time and the complete time. The customer can start session such as reserve a table and is charged every 15 minutes until they stop session. There is a time limit merchant set such as 90 minutes, the agent informs both the merchant and the customer the time limit has been exceeded.

Subscriptions. This is what Dream and Hustle will be switching to. Subscribers will pay a monthly fee and recurring until they cancel. This can also be used for memberships and subscription boxes or certain services.

Microservices.  These are services like the AI agents and will be one of the biggest drivers. For example, notify the garbage truck to pick up the trash outside of a business on-demand. Provide information such as weather data, news feeds and photos for bloggers, auction for products to sell in a store.

Royalties. This is based on media where we have an AI that can stream media on our jumbotron and our streaming platform and pay everybody involved in that project. This allows us and others to create media streaming companies and we can have an AI agent smart enough to make sure ad revenue pays for royalties and cover expenses and basically run the media platform autonomously.

Escrow.  This is an AI agent for running business deals. This is similar to the article where two merchant owners swap luxury watches for a used Lambo or someone making a purchase where delivery and settlement is not at the same time, like an eBay auction.  The tokens go into an escrow account of the sale, once verified the user received the package, funds are released. This can be tied into shipping lockers where instead of a Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace, the item is dropped off and placed into a locker and when the buyer pay and produce a code, it is unlock and both parties settle the sale without seeing each other.

New Paradigm of Business Models

The tokenization model will bring new paradigms of value streams that will increase the profits of existing and next-generation businesses.

Digital Asset Sale and Licensing. We can create a digital asset gallery where people can buy or license an art installation as a digital transfer. Imagine a Black barbershop that purchase or license digital artwork of Black barber experience from the past and present to display in their shop. That’s the new kind of business model that can scale worldwide.

Time-Sensitive Nightclubs. Patrons are charged every 30 minutes when they enter and get notification on Kossier of their status of being charged the next 30 minutes. After 2 hours, the charges go up for that patron every 30 minutes. The goal is design to get them in and out of the club so someone new can enter the club. Keeping a club goofy at the spot all night leads to fights in case someone haven’t figure that out.

Premium Spaces. If you have a laundromat, you can charge in a time-sensitive manner but you can also have a premium space with amenities and private folding table and services and charge for that space. This is like a VIP upgrade.

Media Streaming Platform. You can now create your own local community programming of songs, videos, digital bookstores, based on your self-ecosystem. People can pay for a media asset to add to their purchased collection. Kossier has this feature as well. Artists get paid royalites; you take in advertisement and subscribers for revenue.

Microbrokers. In this model, you are connecting listings of products and services and can be auctions. You get a commission from an actual transaction of buyer and sellers. You can connect sellers and buyers for apartment rental listings, wholesale cars for inventory, products to stock stores, fisheries and farmers to supply restaurants and grocery stores. Let me say something – you will be shocked at the automatic money flowing in because we modeled this in our lab and the money was pouring in the most listings you have because it is the economic heartbeat of a region constantly buying and selling.

Straight Awesomeness.

This is just an introduction; we got a lot of awesomeness to cover in upcoming articles.

For example, we can have an AI agent that offer token financing or token investment. We can cash out our own tokens and give tokens units to spin off a chillhop café and launch it for a merchant. We either get our money back with interest or we get a piece of the token payments perpetually.

Because we using a universal unit like michi, it makes it easier to settle global transactions. This means that you can sell your e-book around the world. Don’t forget Toshikiso+AI can translate your book or podcast to the Korean market and they can send you the tokens without conversion because they already funded the Michi tokens.

Flash trading is something another AI agent can do such as purchase used luxury bags for your boutique from reputable dealers. The AI can recognize the bag as a Hermes, document the imperfections for you, buy the bag with a return condition, and get it shipped to your boutique. This type of inventory buying by AI can also factor in the profit margin and understand your overall target revenue goals to make sure every purchase is a smart one.

Microservices will be the biggest one. These are MCP servers with a data store that an AI agent can query to get price of trout from farms and ship out to seafood restaurants. Or sell liquor between liquor stores and bars on a barter basis. A lot of opportunity right there.

We are on something here creating these new revenue models, value streams, and making it smoother to build and build big. This is what the Afroasiatic community is about and why we winning over here.
