It’s always that precursor phase when you try to tell folks what is going down and they ignore you and some of them even mock you. The Global Capability Center is not a joke, this is not something you saw before. It is a serious paradigm shift and will alter the landscape of the American Black professional identity and the economics of the Black community more radical than anything we saw in modern history. 

It’s getting tired of warning Black people and at this juncture, we recommend you start building your ark to float above water and don’t focus on the other ones mocking you - they are going to have to learn to breathe water or drown in their consequences of choices. 

Look, they are going to do nothing, laugh it off, and be dismissive of you trying to tell them what’s going down. Because things aren’t not funny to them until it’s not funny. In this article, we are going to show three worst-case scenarios that’s going to happen to brothas and sistas who found out way too late about the impact of the GCC. 

Exhibit A : Corporate Brothas Following Jason Black and Boyce Watkins

This dude in the video is the prime example of what’s going to happen to brothas living on the Internet following Black influencers and be all in the comment section d-riding those influencers hard in the comment section. Grown ass dudes in their 40s posting comments like “Dr. Umar is the voice of the Black people!” or “Coach Greg Adams said this six months ago!” talking about everything except his dominion, his family, his future strategy as head of household. 

Bro hit rock bottom, the bottom where the rocks are at. He got fired for being drunk working at some ghetto corporate park in Atlanta, the sistas laughing at him - notice the sistas are telling him to “turn over!” but there's one sista in the background yelling “tase him!” - that’s how our sistas are talking to us brothas when we are down and out. 

All those goofy brothas on the Coli adding your worthless comments and praising someone other than yourself and your empowerment crew - do you want to end up like this brotha in the video? Getting arrested with ratchet Black women laughing telling the cop to tase you after getting fired from that ghetto ass job? I would be working IT support in a Mexican or Panamanian call center with some fine Latina ladies before I ever end up in some place like that. 

This is going to be you goofy brothas if you are not on the Coli talking about General Capability Centers and how to plot ahead of the game. 

Exhibit B : Corporate Sistas Yapping on TikTok with Zero Real World Social Skills

After losing your job to a Global Capability Center, the first place Black folks is going to have to settle for is the Amazon warehouse. Because there are no corporate jobs and when it comes to small businesses, that small business owner is going to look right at a former corporate sista who looks like she has a stank attitude and thought she was all that back in corporate, and tell her quickly they have no open positions. 

A lot of you younger sistas, yall be on your phones on social media talking up a whole bunch of crap all day long. It shows up in the real world by the way you interact with the rest of the people, like the young sista response in this video. Zero social skills or ability to handle a situation when confronted or how to play your way out of a matter - no swagger, no street smarts, just goofy. 

People in the comments were joking about this slow-thinking sista in the video - who is trying to work on a day off at the Amazon warehouse? If they told you that you are not on the clock, the first reaction should be telling the shift manager you headed out and enjoy the rest of your day. Then they were laughing at her pushing around an empty cart, saying she was not doing any real work at the warehouse. 

This chick here wants to be uncooperative about leaving when they told her she is not on the clock. Many of you brothas know how uncooperative a sista can be for no reason at all, especially when all you want to do as a good Black man is be in love with a sista. 

If the sistas don’t plan for the GCC impact on the workplace, then she should go ahead and buy a used Amazon warehouse orange vest and start practicing how to move big boxes. 

Exhibit C : Engaged in Dumb Financial Crimes or Being a Victim

When Black people start losing their grip on their financial stability from the GCC transformation, the first people to show up are the charlatans and grifters in the Black community. Dr. Boyce Watkins shows up with an e-course and no matter how goofy or garbage the Boyce e-course is, Black folks will go out and buy it. 

Everybody wants to chase a get rich or fast money scheme. One thing you are going to see a lot of in the chatter, is these sistas talking about her dating a scammer, or a brotha is flossing on social media that he is a scammer, driving repossessed luxury cars like he flossing hard. Scamming is going to be the thing to get rich. 

One way these folks are trying to scam is to cash fake checks - the Nigerian ID theft criminals used to do this a long time ago, get a corporate check number and take it to the bank to cash out on a small business. Now it is amateur hour goofy FBAs trying to pull this same fake check cashing stunt. 

The funny part is someone always telling the idiot to go into the bank and try to cash it and that person sitting out in the car, ready to drive off if the cops come. The idiot is the one getting busted while the person drives away from the scene. Sistas are the main one doing the fake check cashing trying to get some quick money up and risking it all. 

Here is the tripped out part with the sistas and the fake check cashing stuff - it’s plenty of good brothas in corporate with excellent income, excellent credit, excellent health benefits for her and her kids to live a middle-class stable life, but these sistas chasing garbage street dudes talking about she want to date a scammer. Most corporate brothas make way more than a scammer - even an union plumber make more than a scammer. 

Yall sistas be talking about you don’t want to do 50/50 with a brotha - even 20/80 with a brotha is a lot better than 100/100 of a sistas struggling to pay all the household expenses. Having to resort to losing money on quick rich schemes or losing your freedom committing scamming crimes instead of being cooperative with her Black man is a problem sistas will be having for a long time as the GCC manifests. 

Don’t End Up Like These Examples - Prep and Plan Now

You brothas and sistas in corporate better take all of this seriously. In fact, I know right now that you brothas and sistas are reading the room at your workplace and feel it in the air that you will be 100%  losing your job if not now, at least a year or two from now. So we all know it’s the end of corporate gigs. 

All this talking about you making $100k a year being some DEI corporate token when you noticed other ethnic groups showing up at the office from places that have GCC setup in their home country and they are “consultants” - they are plotting right now to make the lift and shift happen. The funny part is the work-from-home Black folks are not even in the office to see the whole new group of replacement engineers running the long game on them. 

You go home, look at that one corner in your pad, and convert it into your home office, your self-ecosystem factory and start building out the next version of you in this changing world. You go on Gemini or Claude right now and ask how to install Ubuntu on a used desktop you bought from the pawn shop for $135. You start asking AI how to install OpenClaw and how to use OpenClaw to run a one-person microbusiness or help you with your business idea. 

You brothas and sistas spent your whole life talking up to others, following others, giving your money and time to others and now is the time you have to pivot your life on focusing on yourself - the self-ecosystem. 

It’s time to start making yourself a valuable asset, to handle this situation that is ahead of you. The only option you have is to work a small business job and help build up with others for local fiscalism. Or you build your own self-ecosystem powerhouse with AI and launch your own solo micro-entrepreneur venture. You have to get to cracking on this right now. 

AI cafes are going to be needed in the Black community to help going broke Black folks find a legit way out. Gig portals and platforms need to be built so people can work jobs for a day to have enough money to eat or cover a bill. Micro-finance and resale shops are needed to help folks liquidate their assets and resale for profit. If you actually visited Tokyo, you would have seen these types of businesses outside of the tourist glazing to see how Japan is handling their economic downturn. 

This is the moment you stop worrying about everybody but yourself. You don’t worry about what they are talking about on social media, you don’t worry about some Boyce Watkins e-course, you don’t worry about your coworkers or your friends and some of your family members. This is the time and calling for you to worry about yourself and your future. Then you get to work.
