Creating Your Plan B Strategy for Thailanta

Whether you are single, married, with children, you should have a documented Plan B in place if America ain’t working out for you. The days of sitting around in America thinking it will work itself out isn’t an option. We do not have such options as brothas and sistas no more and the world has changed, whether you like it or not.

You got other groups coming for “Black jobs” and I know the job market – Black people are not even in the top 200-300 final candidates – those are Asian, European migrants with a special skills visa asking for less salary.

You brothas and sistas was just thinking about Latino immigrants coming here working hard, low-skilled jobs you wouldn’t work, while ignoring the side door of skilled immigrants taking those six-figure jobs you wanted to brag you had – nah, you not getting that hookup anymore, DEI is dead.

Now you have a 2025 threat that we told you will happen at the beginning of the year – AI is here, and people are getting laid off left and right due to automation and AI reasoning models. Brothas and sistas are taking the biggest hits, especially the goofy ones doing DEI in tech, attending AfroTech and thought that gravy train was going to keep going.

With all these threat vectors against African Americans due to environmental and technological disruption that none of us can control, you better have a Plan B. One essential plan B is to consider moving to Thailand, the new Atlanta, or Thailanta for brothas and sistas to get away and reestablish and recalibrate themselves.

Isaiah Ashley Storytelling Black History

Isiah Ashley is not getting his historical due for documenting a critical moment of Black History since the Great Migration 100 years ago. His work is recognized by me and he is doing good work for the people by documenting the migration of our people to Asia.

If you think we are not moving to Asia, the amount of our people moving to Thailand cannot be ignored and this is just a sample of what’s going on.

Be mindful – American Black media and these so-called “Black leaders” want us still in the USA voting for Democrats instead of making plans for ourselves and our best interest as individuals and for our family. You think Steve Harvey goofy setup want his customer base of Black listeners moving out the country? That’s why they are not acknowledging this Afroasiatic movement going on.

A Proper Plan B Strategy in Place

For Thailand, there is a lot of strategic advantages that people are not talking about in their situation.

Digital Nomad. These are people who have remote jobs – I want to warn you. You can easily lose that remote job to AI and foreign skills. You should be offering digital services as a digital entrepreneur and stick to latest skills and opportunities. You build yourself up to have your entities back in America generating a salary for you. This is why we will be discussing VPS, N8N, our Toshikiso platform as part of a toolset to focus on building digitalization solutions.

Cash Out. These are those not telling you the real story that they got a life insurance payout or legal settlement check, on disability, or that PPP loan. But that’s their business but I don’t like them telling you they just popped up there and not telling you that they got a payout while you are working for your money. These people are living off that stack and I will advise them that stack doesn’t last forever, you got to leave and having skills that create value is the only survival skills, not having money. Focus on education and skill building while enjoying Thailand.

Global Empire Builder. This is my level and most of you reading my blog level. I can move to Tokyo or Dubai and have options. I’m considering Thailand as a “base” to live, while I can move between Dubai and Tokyo to handle business. This is Andrew Henderson Nomad Capitalist strategy of separating where you live and where you do business. Thailand can get me around the world and if you are a globetrotter, you might want to look at this option as well. Be with my boo in Tokyo, set up operations in Dubai, fly my boo from Dubai to Tokyo via Emirates Airlines, etc.

Retirement. These are those with a fixed income on a pension or social security or got enough in their 401K saved up while their Black co-workers bought a Range Rover HSE paying $1700/month and got nothing in their retirement. Thailand has a retirement visa but my concern is age – Asia is a physical intensive area where you must walk blocks, climb up stairs and steep hills, and the weather can be harsh at time. I think young retirees should consider if they are in good shape to be active and physical.

Funding Your Thailanta Plan B with Skills and Value

I want to discuss something with all of the groups above – when you get to Asia, this is the time to sit down at the café and start planning out writing books, creating podcasts or videos, or building and licensing your SaaS platform.

There are plenty of opportunities that are global and worldwide and you better have that used laptop you bought from the pawn shop in Atlanta with 32GB, i9, Nvidia graphics, and 2TB that cost $450 dollars. I have two of them and just bought them because I liked the specs. If you see pics of me in Tokyo, I’m using a Surface 9 with i7, 1TB, and 16GB RAM I got for $225 from Jerry’s Pawn Shop and I have both a English keyboard and Japanese keyboard to swap out.

While you are in the USA right now, your Plan B better develop these skills and your monetization strategy so you can have some income and revenue. Money is not going to mean much in the age of AI, you need skills and value to stay in the game. We will be covering these exact skillsets as part of the Afroasiatic movement because this is essential to make this sustainable.

You are going to need digital skills for global moves, there is no other options.

What To Do Now with Your Plan B

If you are still sitting in the States, putting up with all the nonsense, you better start planning out a move or Plan B. The goal is not you deciding you want to move to Thailand, the purpose is you have a damn plan in place instead of panicking if things go south. Couchsurfing on someone else’s living room should not be an option.

The first thing that has to be done is liquidate and cash out your assets – only keep essentials in America. The time has long past to consider prepping – you start prepping right now. Start selling, start saving cash, no more eating out because American restaurants are expensive and not quality as it used to be. Count your coins and have a baseline of where you are at.

Let’s not play games, it’s going to cost you at least $30K to $40K in savings to make this kind of global move. You need to have your apartment or rental secured for a year or 6 months, funds all ready when you get there to not miss payments. Don’t expect to do figure out next month rent money games, you have it all saved up to be paid up.

Let me explain something, especially you sistas – yall like to spend money on goofy stuff and think gaming some simp is a money strategy – it is not. Start living minimal right now as if you are in Thailand and that’s the next important part.

Learn to cook and learn to eat lighter and healthier, learn to work out and walk. Start discipline yourself to that escape plan environment. More important, if you have medical issues like high blood pressure, diabetes, you got to look into proper management that includes an active lifestyle and consult with your doctor on how to live overseas.

Plan your flights, plan a pre-trip visit to get a feel of Thailand or other places as well. One thing I strongly suggest – don’t be watching these YouTube videos and be a cornball saying, “this is so inspiring!” – no, you pay attention and listen to all the small details and tips they are giving you and write them down!

Your Plan B is the following (a) save money (b) monetize now with a digital nomad skills (c) study your destination on if Pattaya, Bangkok, Chang Mai, Hua Hin (d) adapt to the new lifestyle.

The goal is when you lose that job, when AI or the new visa-based foreign worker show up to take over your Black job, you just execute Directive 43a, the implementation of Plan B – project Thailanta and be on that plane, glad you took care of your prepping business ahead of time and ready to just make that move.

All-In Afroasiatic, Nothing Changing That Trajectory

As African Americans we are really the last group that has not created a massive Diaspora like other migrants. But our migration is based on our Afrofuturism and charting a new paradigm.

Brothas ain’t going to be still in America putting up with sistas with stank attitudes. Sistas should not be in America with all of the problems and challenges Black women are facing. Everybody is talking about getting out of here at their first opportunity, and we got folks who ain’t going nowhere and stuck. Don’t be a stuck person.

The opportunities are big. You see videos of Black women creating hotels and real estate projects around the world but you not hearing the secret she got funding from retirement funds and private equity worldwide. You seeing tech folks creating digital services and have customers worldwide, not that goofy broke Black identity Black Enterprise storytelling or a Blavity AfroTech – our people doing business around the world with different cultures and new experiences outside the box.

That’s the secret sauce – we are in a world of digitalization and it’s you who have to seize upon these new skills and talents as your plan B. You did not read Dream and Hustle and didn’t realize I’m in Tokyo at the café on my laptop programming out my platform, You did not think I was not on the bullet train to Kyoto and Osaka on the Green car on my laptop working on my platform – I know Asia is the place where the hustle work is on and I have pure focus and all in my zone. I know Thailand can do that for digital nomads as well.

This is a new day and age, don’t listen to anybody at home stagnant and staying put – the world change and the only thing that is constant is change. Get the plan B document established, step by step and once you create the Thailand scenario, you will find it easier to make other Plan B like go to language school in Tokyo, work a high paying consultant job in Middle East, or have a nice contract to build digital solutions in Latin America – you got all this opportunities.

Don’t wait for a layoff and get financially desperate, make your Plan B right now! The Afroasiatic movement is already in full swing and don’t be that one that show up late to the game.
