It’s a wrap - Black media is dead. You and I are now the Black media. By the time the Black media revolution was realized by the elites, the people had already won the battle. We have shown how to create all aspects of the AI-First Black media from video, podcasts, music, DJs, avatars, and now we are going to discuss how to run your own talk show. You know the nice part – this talk show is ultimate boss level Black empowerment.

The old status quo was using these Black talk shows as a gatekeeping operation where they pick and choose to cover. Then some of these Black talk shows hide behind White media to attack Black people like the Black folks that appear on Fox News talking about Black people but won’t let Black people have a rebuttal. But Black media was worst.

Look at how Vivica Fox was on that Fox Soul talking about Kevin Samuels after his death – I don’t remember Vivica old ass saying anything about Charlie Kirk who said worst thing about Black women from a place of racist hatred towards the sistas – didn’t hear Ms. Fox say a damn thing about Charlie, did you? But she had a mouthful to say about another Black man Kevin Samuels. That’s the type of bullsh*t right there.

But you got the power like Snap!, you the new lyrical Jesse James and it’s about to get heavy in the Black community. See, now you have got your voice and can talk how you want to talk and run a full show and got no gatekeeping in your way. You can speak your mind and let your voice be heard and put it into a polished media format that rivals any podcast or TV show out there.

With that said, let’s show how to do the show above because it is like the AI DJ strategy and this has the same purpose. With the AI DJ, that’s to promote music, but this show is promoting your voice and your perspective.

Create your Initial Image with AI.

This prompt is – create two African American talk show hosts sitting on a wingback chair. You can do things like add microphones, but this is AI – your host don’t need a microphone in the picture homey. Just have them sit there naturally, ready to talk.

There is nothing additional to add except I used HiDream Dev which is our favorite platform to generate images next to Krea Dev. 

Create Your Camera Angles.

You can use an AI editor like Flux Kontext, Seedance, or Nana Banana. I prefer Seedance because it doesn’t put that watermark in the bottom right corner. Be mindful if you using Nano Banana on Krea.ai or using NightCafe, a watermark is not displayed on any of their outputs.  Flux Kontext is not really good at editing because it makes the character plastic look and not retain the original natural look.

The type of angles should mimic how studio cameras are setup for the closeup of each speaker. But you can do additional shots of overhead, wide angle, mid angle. This allow you to switch between speakers and also show the whole scene.

The current issue and challenge now is finding a good multi-speaker AI platform where two can talk and we are still testing. Sora 2 is still being researched at this time and will advise if it meets our standards.

Craft Your Prompts

See this is where you going to mess them up all in the head – go Japanese talk show on these basic cats. Now with AI you can have a Japanese mascot who must add their 2 cents on Black topics and have the final say.

You can have a pack of wolves come maul down the host guest or have a demon from Hell rise out the ground and grab a character on your show you want off and drag them back down to hell and do a live stream of what happens next.

Using N8N Automation for Story Creation

For N8N, you can create a workflow that mimics studio production. The workflow is like the N8N automatic newsletter distribution scripts, and you tweak it.

Gather Sources and Summarize. This involves scraping content from Black gossip blogs and Dream and Hustle, then sending the content to an AI asking to summarize the points and remove Ed Dunn blathering nonsense from it.

Rewrite to Be Spoken by a Talk Show Host. That is a prompt you send with the summarized data to an AI and ask them specifically to rewrite as if it is spoken by a talk show host with a sense of humor or a gossiper. You may want to ask for a script of two people. You get text back.

Send the Text to a Voice Processor. You may need to have an additional step to reformat the text to a script to send to voice processors like ElevenLabs or Wondercraft to speak with a certain character voice. Do not trust the AI video generator to have a consistent voice.

Generate Sound to Video Content.  This is the part where you may have to splice up the voices and use a single person camera shot and their voice script to speak. It will be soon when we can do multi-person scripts but again, the technology is still flaky and have to find a solid platform to recommend.

Final Edit of the Video Content. You paste all the video together yourself to create the show. Some parts may look acceptable but if you got too many where they have three arms swinging around and two heads, you want to have room to re-edit and process manually that section.

Now you have an automated production studio in your $600/month pad in Thailand and creating shows throwing rocks and hiding your hands at the people you went to college with and putting out all their secrets and tea on who was cheating on who and got the package.

See, you are the revolution and the Black power that many wished for this day you have right now. You can now broadcast professionally just like the dated Black media and guess what? You can run advertising between your clips, you can create virtual on site at the barbershop with a video playing and your avatar just talking, create narrations on the food served at a restaurant and have your hosts model clothes and jewelry sold locally.

You better monetized than the legacy Black media because legacy Black media be begging corporations for sponsorship while you are promoting folks in your own Black community. You can even take political advertising and promote your own political candidate to get that garbage Black politician out of office.
